I have Elements 10 when I select a thumbnail from organizer it will not open in editor what do I do?

I deleted the photoshop settings file. I can't get the welcome screen back now.

You need to keep the keys pressed for several seconds. Close down Elements. Hold down the CtrlShiftAlt keys and simultaneously click on the Edit button on the welcome screen. Release the three keys and look behind the welcome screen by closing it. Or hold down the keys whilst clicking on the desktop icon for the Editor or PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe in the Programs folder. Keep holding down all three keys until you get the settings option. You should see a pop up box with the words: Delete Adobe Photoshop Elements Settings File?Click on YesThen wait whilst Elements rebuilds the preferences. You mean, you reinstalled iLife from the iLIfe '11 installer? If your current iPhoto library has been edited using a newer iPhoto version, you need first to update to the latest version you used. Update from the -menu > Software Update.
Then try again to launch iPhoto.

Try resetting:
Hold the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears. No data will be lost.
If that doesn't work, just let the battery drain. Once you charge it back up it should work as normal.

Where's a smart person when you need one? My iphoto just will not open for no reason at all(I REALLY NEED HELP)

I have not done anything strange like changing something in my computer or IPhoto. One day it just decided not to open. I dont have my photos backed up from IPhoto and I really need the photos on there and Iphoto itself to graduate in two weeks.

I would like to verify the following things for troubleshooting:
1. Please forward this problematic message to another people and check if he/she can open it.
2. Please verify if OWA has this issue. If no, the issue is related to Outlook side. I recommend you use Outlook safe mode to determine whether the issue is caused by add-ins.

When I get attachments in my email, they will not open when I click on them.

When I am on the internet, videos, click-ons all open immediately. I had to go to the internet to get to your site, because when I clicked on the "Help" at the bottom of my Thunderbird account, it would not open.
In a nutshell, if I get an email from a group that says "click here for more info" or if I click the
"play arrow "on the u tube video etc. It will not open and/or play. This is only happening in my email account.

Thunderbird does not play video. You need to correct software to open the file types you are being sent.

Adobe elements organizer 12 will not open.

I just installed Adobe photoshop on my Mac (Maverick) a few days ago and it worked fine. However, now the organizer will not open. Photoshop is fine. Occasionally it will begin to open, but then will disappear. I took previous idea of clearing media analyses, but that did not help. Ideas?

Open the organizer while holding down the shift key to bring up the catalog manager. Find your catalog>repair>optimize.
If you can't open it at all, go to your username>library>preferences and delete everything beginning com.adobe.Elements Organizer (with or without a space between Elements and Organizer). To see the user library, click the Go menu in the finder and hold down the Option key and it will appear below the little house for your user account.

Possibly I have the same situation. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. I have posted a question and no one at Apple has responded to me yet. Diagnostics say my laptop cannot reach the Apple site. I have a desktop that accesses just fine via the same network. Clearly it appears to me a permissions issue with the new software that my laptop does not auto adjust to or for. I am running XP Pro on both machines and have no problem accessing the internet, as you can see.
