I have installed the new i OS 7 on my IPAD, I am having trouble with sending messages. I reset the imessage and networking as I did for the iphone but it still does not allow messages to be deleivered. any suggestions?

Reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
Note: Data will not be affected but settings will be reset.

Windows Media player will not launch from a video link within a website. it worked until I installed FF4. I did install the plug in but still nothing it just goes to a black then blank page when you try to launch the video.

After installing, reboot holding down CMD+s, (+s), then when the DOS like prompt shows, type in...

Then let it do all 6 of it's things.
At least it'll eliminate some questions if it doesn't fix it.
The 6 things it does are...
Correct any Disk problems.
Repair Permissions.
Clear out Cache Files.
Repair/check several plist files.
Dump the VM files for a fresh start.
Trash old Log files.
First reboot will be slower, sometimes 2 or 3 restarts will be required for full benefit... my guess is files relying upon other files relying upon other files! :-)
Disconnect the USB cable from any Uninterruptible Power Supply so the system doesn't shut down in the middle of the process.
Then... Try putting these numbers in Network>TCP/IP>DNS Servers, for the Interface you connect with...

Then Apply. For 10.5/10.6 Network, highlight Interface>Advanced button>DNS tab>little + icon.
DNS Servers are a bit like Phone books where you look up a name and it gives you the phone number, in our case, you put in apple.com and it comes back with 17.149.160.49 behind the scenes.
These Servers have been patched to guard against DNS poisoning, and are faster/more reliable than most ISP's DNS Servers.
The Interface that connects to the Internet, needs to be drug to the top of System Preferences>Network>Show:>Network Port Configurations and checked ON.
10.5.x/10.6.x instructions...
System Preferences>Network, click on the little gear at the bottom next to the + & - icons, (unlock lock first if locked), choose Set Service Order.
The interface that connects to the Internet should be dragged to the top of the list.

Try perform below steps.
Open task manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys. Click on more details if the option available.
Then end all Adobe related processes, including Creative Cloud and Coresync ( if running )
Then hold windows key on your keyboard and Press R key.
It will open Run window
In Run window, type Appdata and click on Ok
Open Local > Adobe folders
Delete AAMUpdater and OOBE folders
Then navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
Delete Adobe Application Manager and OOBE folders
Go back to Program Files (x86) and Open Adobe folder
Try deleting Adobe Creative Cloud folder, if it is not allowing rename it to Adobe Creative Cloudold
Download and install Creative Cloud App from below link

Could be the OS X version is too old for the later recommended Flash player version.
So this is where knowing what your computer really is, and the exact OS X version running in it. There is a hardware limit to upgrading the OS X in a PowerPC Mac with a ceiling of OS X 10.5.8 at the latest. This also limits the upgrade to a later version Adobe Flash player.
If the computer is not an older PPC-based Mac, and instead has an Intel core-duo or core2duo, an upgrade to OS X 10.6.8 is possible through purchase of the retail Snow Leopard 10.6 DVD and after installation, run Software Update to get the 10.6.8 Combo update v1.1 for Snow Leopard. This will not work on a PowerPC based Mac.
Should the computer be able to run a later OS X, a newer Player could be installed.
If the ceiling as suggested above be the case, and the workaround possible.
The question posed by Klaus is a minimal request for basic info.

I don't know what other solutions you've tried but on mine it was like a "Ghost in the Machine" (moving around and clicking on things on its own) and all I did to fix it was to lightly dampen a cotton ball with window cleaner (evaporates) and clean firmly around the inside edge of the pad and to also click it firmly quickly and many times to clean out ANY kind of dust or debris that has fallen into the cracks. worked GREAT for me , so far!!???

Unless your employer has some rule specifically prohibiting you from sending company e-mails through a Gmail server, why can't you use Gmail to send and recieve ALL your e-mails?!!
I have a Gmail account that I get almost no mail sent to. I also have Time Warner Hi-Speed Internet service and I have 5 seperate e-mail accounts through Time Warner. I went to www.gmail.com/ on my PC and went into the settings menu and set it up so that a copy of ANY mail message sent to ANY of my 5 Time Warner e-mail addresses also gets sent to my Gmail inbox, right alongside any Gmail messages I might happen to receive. That way, ALL e-mails that are sent to ANY e-mail address I have are delivered both to my Gmail inbox in my web browser on my PC and to my e-mail inbox on my Droid X! I even have Gmail set-up so that any replies I send or new messages I compose are sent from my primary Time Warner e-mail account, and not from my Gmail account (in other words, it appears that my mail messages are sent from [email protected], and NOT from [email protected]).
In order for this to work, you'll have to configure your primary e-mail program (I use MS Outlook 2007 on my laptop) to leave a copy of the mail messages on the mail server after downloading them to your e-mail program, otherwise there won't be any messages for Gmail to retrieve (I have Outlook set to delete messages off the server after 1 day).
My Droid X (well, actually Google & Android) handles e-mails better than ANY smartphone I've owned so far!

Have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the iPod and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound. Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon; press home again to exit the taskbar. And go to ~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins
Move the PDF Browser plugin to the Trash.
Quit Safari, empty the Trash.
Relaunch Safari. You should be able to view PDF files now.

It sounds like you are constantly needing to restore your phone because it keeps going into recovery mode. Usually putting a device into recovery mode and restoring it can help isolate an issue to your iPhone hardware if an issue persists afterwards. I would try manually putting it into recovery mode and restoring it 1 more time:
