Plug your phone into the wall charger for at least 30 minutes...make sure you have a sim card in the phone...then:
Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, iTunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. iTunes will give you the option to restore from a backup or set up as new.
Make sure you have no anti-virus software running or any firewalls...turn all of that stuff off.

What product are you trying to use to edit etc.: Acrobat ? Have you installed it? Have you activated it?

Turn your phone off and connect your cable to the computer, but not the device just yet. Start up iTunes. Now, hold down the home button on your phone and plug it in to the cable - don't let go of the button until iTunes tells you it's detected a phone in recovery mode. Now you can restore to factory settings.
Unfortunately, the data on your phone is already gone if you're seeing the connect to iTunes logo.

I am trying to email pictures from my ipad to my email address on my computer and I have been going along nice but now I get a message that says "cannot send mail the message was rejected by the server" can't see to figure out why it stopped sending now.

Email may not be the best way to move pictures.

Accidently erased the partion in my external hard, and now i cant access because it says its locked.

I heres what happened i was going to erase the 1tb seagate external harddrive and instead of just reformmatting it i delete the hd image under the expansion image in disk utility, i know this sounds confusing so ive added a screen shot. located under the expansion hdd there used to be another hdd labeled "TimeMachineBackups" i deleted that and now i have no access to the external harddrive at all. As you can see in the partion tab of expansion hdd all the buttons are greyed out, and it says that i cant partion until the locked disk is unlocked, yes the harddrive was lockedd with a passsword before i deleteed it but i cant figure out how to unlock it. Im pretty good with most things but termial has always given me a problem, so if anyone out there can help me please.

Updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 6.0.1 the other day and now my alpine car stereo, belkin charger recognizes my iphone. Just get a message saying this iPhone is not supported with the accessory. Any know a work around to get it working again?

It sounds like the phone will not boot or load up even after being given sufficient time to charge.
I had a couple of recommendations for this issue:
First reset the device with this procedure.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Mate, I'm trying to find out if it was shipped like that or not. If someone else has had the same issue then I can go back to Apple and have them look into it further. If not then as I said Vodafone is selling second hand phones and they will have to replace the phone.
Vodafone account manager is saying that he has never heard of anything like it.
So I'm left with one of 3 answers.
1: The phone was shipped like that so its a factory error.
2: The Apple genius doesn’t know what he's talking about then I can go back to the store and ask for a second opinion.
3: Vodafone is selling second hand phones as new.
I need to narrow it down so I can deal with the account manager appropriately
