I have just downloaded Adobe reader but am unable to launch documents as 'license agreement' needed

I have just downloaded Adobe Reader but am unable to launch documents as 'license agreement' must first be 'Agreed" ??  Where can I do this?

Assuming you're on a Mac, you launch Adobe Reader like any other app, from Applications. If there is more than one Adobe Reader shown, start and quit each one in turn.

  • I'm have problme downloading adobe reader on my ipad

everytime i go and try to play a pogo games it keep saying i don't have flash player on my ipad, so i try to download adobe reader but i'm still getting the same problem

Sure you can use Adobe Reader on your iPad. Just get it from the App Store.
But it won't help you, because your pogo games need ADOBE FLASH PLAYER not ADOBE READER. Adobe makes lots of things, not all of them are for the iPad.

  • I am trying to download Adobe Reader but it won't take my password.

I have tried repeatedly to download Adobe Reader but after getting the installation program, my password is rejected. I type in the password (accurately, as I've changed it 3x), and it just shakes in place. Has anyone else had this problem?

Have recently updated Adobe Reader and now unable to open downloaded documents - Message received is could not open 'file name.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded). When I check the file it shows Zero KB downloaded but the file appears - any suggestions?

Obviously your download was not successful.
What is your operating system?  How exactly do you download such files?

  • I have just downloaded an iBook but it is not opening how do I get a refund

I have just downloaded an iBook but it is not opening how do I get a refund

Have you tried deleting it from the iBooks app and redownloading it via the Purchased link in the ibookstore in the iBooks app ? Re-downloading.
If you have the same problem after re-downloading it then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that book and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

  • I have tried downloading Adobe Reader. It gets to 68% and stops. Why?

I have tried downloading Adobe Reader and it will only download to 64 or 68% and then stops. Could you please advise me why this is happening.

I can't help you with the "why", but it may help downloading the full offline installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

  • HT4906 I have just downloaded Mountain Lion but my iPhoto app cannot be launched as it says the original app cant be found. It takes me to where is says its located but its not there.  What to do?

I have just downloaded Mountain Lion but my iPhoto app cannot be launched as it says the original app cant be found. It takes me to where is says its located but its not there.  What to do?

    Reinstall it?
    To re-install iPhoto
    1. Put the iPhoto.app in the trash (Drag it from your Applications Folder to the trash)
2a: On 10.5:  Go to HD/Library/Receipts and remove any pkg file there with iPhoto in the name.
2b: On 10.6: Those receipts may be found as follows:  In the Finder use the Go menu and select Go To Folder. In the resulting window type
    /var/db/receipts/
    2c: on 10.7 they're at
    /private/var/db/receipts
A Finder Window will open at that location and you can remove the iPhoto pkg files.
    3. Re-install.
If you purchased an iLife Disk, then iPhoto is on it.
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.
If you purchased it on the App Store or have a Recent Mac you can find it in your Purchases List.

  • I just downloaded adobe reader and can't print a pdf file

i just downloaded adobe reader and cannot print a pdf file.

    Same or related issue.
After installing latest updates of Mac Mavericks and Adobe Reader, I can't open pdfs downloaded from the web or print pdfs from the web. Using "export" doesn't help. Same with the print/pdf workaround.
I uninstalled/reinstalled Reader. I indicated Adobe Reader as my default opener for pdf-type files. No help.
    I'm using Safari.

Does this also happen when you open Reader by itself?  If not, can you try disabling Protected Mode [Edit | Preferences | Security (Enhanced)].

open PDF again, make sure the PDF file is directed to acrobat for opening.
If not, right click on the PDF file, > open with > acrobat

  • I downloaded adobe reader but I can't view what I am trying to read?

I Cannot read what I am trying to read after I downloaded adobe reader?

What is your operating system?  Reader version?
Is this a local or online PDF?  If online, in what browser?
You write that you "downloaded" Adobe Reader, but did you also install it?
Finally, what exactly do you mean by "I cannot read what I am trying to read"?
