    Please let me know what exact error you get while editing PDFs as I might be able to help you.

    Absolutely yes! You can install your Acrobat subscription on up to two computers like your desktop & laptop.
    Install Acrobat and use the same Adobe ID credentials to activate the software on both the machines.

    I'm using mac lion, and somehow have it configured so that when I press Command+next arrow, the system navigates to the next desktop. I'd like to be able to access Next month from within ical. Is there a way to change the default keys in ical, to change the default next month key stroke? Or is there a way to change the preference for desktop switching from within system preferences?     Try changing System Preferences...>Keyboard>Keyboard Shortcuts>Mission Control...settings to use the "Option" key for switching "Spaces" (desktops).

    I am having the same problem - the install crashes around 40%. 
    I am using MAC OS 10.10.2 and purchased Acrobat Pro monthly subscription.  The error message is: 
    'Acrobat installer has encountered an unexpected failure.  Please try again.  If it continues to fail, contact Adobe support.'
    I have tried several times but keep getting the same error message.  Any ideas?

    If you ordered Acrobat via subscription, then you can use either Windows or Mac version.  Just download/install the Mac version, then activate it with your Adobe ID.
    If you purchased the perpetual license, then you need to Contact Customer Care bu chat or phone.

    Can you explain the problem in more detail - "not allowing me to access" isn't clear to me. If you get any errors, please give the full wording. If you just don't seem to have any useful functions under TOOLS, make sure you are NOT still running Adobe Reader.

    In some cases, the Creative Cloud app for desktop does not display all the applications available in Creative Cloud. The apps you can't install on your computer are removed from the download selection screen.
