I have just purchased creative cloud photography plan but cannot download photoshop?

  • I have creative cloud photography plan, but cannot update to Lightroom CC

    When i opened Lightroom (part of my CC photography plan) it said to update to Lightroom CC by clicking the adobe app manager thing on the upper bar of my computer (Mac) and clicking "install" next to Lightroom CC. however, next to Lightroom CC it says "try". not install.
    i have had problems in the past where that adobe manager app would say that i didn't have Lightroom installed and it would have a button saying "install" even though i already had it installed. this may be similar to that problem.
    Anyway, how do i make it say install, instead of trying to give me a trial.

    i just clicked try to see what it will do. right now its installing, i will let you know what it says in a minute.
    thank you for your help. i have had no luck with adobe support. its taken about 1hr to get someone on chat, and when got someone i accidentally went back a webpage and lost it. now i waited another hour and got someone and when i tried to sent the support guy the photo on this post i lost that conversation. so now I'm on my third hour and third try to not lose someone at adobe support. but thanks for helping, please keep in touch.

    I just purchased Creative Cloud Photography plan, but I can not open my photoshop program, I didn't notice that I should wait about 15 minutes to get the subscription works.
    So I purchase again the same subscription. Now I have double subscription for Creative Cloud Photography plan. I want to cancel one.
    Anyone can hel how to do this?

    Its settled now, and i already charged double for same software.
    I call the customer support, send them a message many times, and my request status is WITHDRAWN because
    "Your support case was cancelled because we did not receive a response
    from you"
    How come you guys cant solve this kind of problem?

    We can't know. We know nothing about your system, your browser, your Internet configuration and so on. Something on your end is blocking stuff and causing this.

  • Creative Cloud Photography Plan only works in Trial Mode?

    Hello everyone,
    I bought Creative Cloud Photography Plan for a year and paid for it. I use a mac so i downloaded Creative Cloud app for Mac.
    Donwloaded Photoshop CC and Lightrom 5 (Which are included in Creative Cloud Photography Plan) but i can only run them in trial mode.
    Don't Creative Cloud Photography Plan include to rights to use this programs or do i have to buy licences for them anyway?
    Because i didn't think that i am going to need the licenses, i thought that just the Creative Cloud Photography Plan is enough to use them.
    Does anybody know anything about that?

  • I purchased the Creative Cloud Photography Plan for 9.99 and I cannot gain access to Photoshop, just Lightroom. It worked for night I purchased it and now I cannot open up Photoshop.

    I have a laptop with a Windows operating system (not lucky enough to have a Mac) and as far the Adobe version, it's the plan for 9.99 that Adobe is offering.   I was under the impression that the Creative Cloud Photography Plan included Photoshop and Lightroom, the latest versions of both, because that's what it said when I purchased it.  I'm sorry my information is too limited or not detailed but, it's a pretty basic concern.     By using it for your own profession to be used only by you, you can choose between any option but to get the CC used by your staff or other member of the organisation, Team needs to be used.
    If you are using the retail for your own profession then you get 20GB or 2gb as per the individual plan purchased where as CCT with single seat with provide you access with 100GB of storage space.
