How could this have happened and what can I do to get it running again?
Didnt realize there was a response, late getting back to you.
Save your process files outside of the NI progam directory (you should have external backups already right ). THey should not be deleted.
Any customizations to the lookout.ini and lookout.sec file may be lost.

Help with what? As you've discovered, a phone cannot be tracked if it's offline.
Put it into Lost Mode and hope for the best. -

I have a pc with windows 7 professional. I use adobe cs6 production suite and all of a sudden premiere pro stopped working. I had installed a program recently and created a system restore point prior to it's installation. I installed Zaxwerks proanimator 5.1. Restored computer back and I now get an error when trying to run any cs6 program it is a configuration error and it says to uninstall and reinstall.Won't uninstall says I have an error 1. What should I do?

Startup your Mac while holding down the Command + R keys.
From there you should be able to access the built in utilities to repair the disk and restore OS X using OS X Recovery -
Recently my IMac with osx 10.4.11 has been running extremely slow. It takes forever for Safari to switch screens. You can hear the computer constantly working. To the point where I have tried restarting.I have run Sophos antivirus software and have found nothing. Any suggestions?
First remove the antivirus software, it's possible that could be part of your problem! Slow Mac's can be caused by many different issues, including failing HD's, a HD that is too full (OS X really likes to have about 10-15% of the HD available), insufficient RAM, etc.. What is the best way to 'clean up" a Mac that has been going for about 2 years. I reset safari frequently but need to be sure stuff I don't want is gone.

My Adobe CS5 keeps letting me know updates are ready to install, attempts to install, then always tells me.." error in the downloading..."Please!...tell me what to do to get these updates?...I've been trying(Adobe has been trying) for 3 months to get this done. It sounds like you are unable to join your network and cannot see it in the Wi-Fi list in Settings. I would try the troubleshooting outlined in this article named:

I tried that.

I am using a Macbook Pro, OSX 10.9.5, Safari browser. Previous versions of Adobe Acrobat have worked fine for years.
WGCWhat's the name of the file you are attempting to open? Is it "ScreenFlow_4.5.2.dmg"? If it is the correct name then the message is correct and you are attempting to open a file with DMG files extension and not one with a PDF file extension. Adobe Reader opens PDF files an not any other file type.
