I have moved from the US to Norway, and want to change my apple ID to the Norwegian appstore. However, I am not allowed ot change from the US store before I use up my balance, which is 0.17 dollar. The problem is that nothing costs 0.17 dollar.Please help

Try contacting the store support staff at: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html they are usually pretty good at sorting out these issues.

When I copy and paste from Word to my e-mail using Firefox it changes the font and spacing to single space and 10pt.

Help please. Iphone was Backed up yesterday. But today's backup didn't finish. Now, I have a file (marked today) but it will not allow a restore from said file. And yesterday's is gone. What the hello do I do? IS there anyway to get my sms back post restore/update?
The problem is absolutely not Reader. The problem is that FireFox has stepped in front of Reader and handles all the PDF stuff - wrongly in your case. FireFox is DESIGNED to take over PDF files. But it is not capable of doing IRS forms!
To start with go back to IE for these forms. When you save them to disk DO NOT DOUBLE CLICK ON THEM until this is fixed. Just open the in the normal way - start Adobe Reader and use Open from the File menu. -

In what way did you buy your iPhone? If you paid full price at the Apple Store then your phone should be provider unlocked and should work with practically any SIM card you choose to insert in it. If you bought it cheaper with a contract then it's provider locked then your best bet is to call your cellular provider in Canada. Be sure to note your IMEI number (Settings > General > About) as they're going to need it to do an unlock. Be aware they may or may not charge for this.

Do you know when this problem (for not being able to add new highlight/strikeout/underline) has started? Did you update your iOS from 7.x to 8.0 recently?

I am using Mail 5.3 with two separate gmail addresses.
One is personal the other is business.
When I send emails from the BUSINESS address, any auto-replies/out of office notices I get come to my PERSONAL INBOX.
I imagine that this is a setting? Please help!Edit the SMTP server list. Add a new one for the business account. Put the correct password and information for it. Give it a description so you will know which server is which. Mke sure the correct server is highlighted in the account selected and check the box to use only that server for that account. Do that for the other account also.

Since I migrated my files from one Mac to another and am now running Yosemite, Photoshop Elements 9 (adequate for what I do) is not showing the previous functionality on some of the tools. I have uninstalled/reinstalled twice to no avail. Is there a fix? Also, when I tried to update, it comes up with this error.
I have a similar problem. I found out that my macbook air created a new USER with my former's computer user name. You can check that by going into System Preferences -> User & Groups, and see if a "Other user" has been created. You have to login under this new USER to find your transferred contacts in the address book.
My problem is that I do not know how to merge the 2 USER logins or transfer the data from the new USER created into the existing one. -
Would like to use an alarm clock. I need the alarm clock to function from the sleep mode. A review said that MAC products will not allow a program to wake up a Mac. Is this correct ? Are there any products in the Mac store what will function from the sleep mode ? How do I check this out ?
You can set times for your computer to turn on or wake from sleep in the Energy Saver system preference pane using the Schedule... button.

I have many duplicate contacts on my iphone and want to delete them all and start over by syncing to my mac's address book. Is there a way to delete the contacts all at once? I started icloud and the iphone caused duplicates there also.
I have exactly the same problem on my ipad. It is happening on only some contacts but, as with you, when I delete one of the contacts on the ipad, the second ipad contact and the contact on the imac are also deleted. This is even the case when I have differentiated the two contacts on the ipad and can see the one I have deleted on the ipad is not the same one as is then deleted on the imac.

If I download e-books from various e-book retailers and want to back them up on an external hard drive without losing the format, do I need to know anything special?
I just looked into this as I was moving my iPad to a new computer for synching. With no thanks to Kobo for any really useful information on their help site (this discussion was the most useful info I found), I think the following may address your issue with respect to Kobo.
1. There is not easy or official way to back up Kobo books from your iPad.
2. Kobo keep track of your personal library. Go to the Kobo website (Kobo.com) and sign in to your account. On the very top line is "My Library". That contains (or at least Kobo says it does) everything you have ever bought from Kobo. Kobo say that you may download any of this content to other devices you own at no charge.
3. I synched my iPad to the new computer. According to Apple, that will delete all my data as the apps are re-installed from the new compute. While all my apps got moved around from the order I previously had (many thanks Apple), all my books are still there together with my bookmarks etc. Looks like this did nothing to change any Kobo data.
While I do not like the idea that I cannot create a backup on my main computer, it is probably safer in the long run that there is a backup at Kobo. After all, I could lose all my equipment in a fire or something, and then personal backups would be of little use. -

I want to pass along a couple of tips that will get you more and better response on this list.
1) There is an un-written rule that says more "stars" is better than just one star. Giving a one star rating will probably eliminate that responder from individuals that are willing to anser your question.
2) If someone gives you an answer that meets your needs, reply to that answer and say that it worked.
3) If someone suggests that you look at an example, DO IT! LV comes with a wonderful set of examples that demonstate almost all of the core functionality of LV. Familiarity with all of the LV examples will get you through about 80% of the Certified LabVIEW Developer exam.
4) If you have a question first search the examples for something tha
t may help you. If you can not find an example that is exactly what you want, find one that is close and post a question along the lines of "I want to do something similar to example X, how can I modify it to do Y".
5) Some of the greatest LabVIEW minds offer there services and advice for free on this exchange. If you treat them good, they can get you through almost every challenge that can be encountered in LV.
6) If English is not your native language, post your question in the language you favor. There is probably someone around that can help. "We're big, we're bad, we're international!"

Thanks for the question. After reviewing your post, it sounds like you need to deactivate Find My iPhone on a device that does not work.
