I have multiple programs downloaded from Creative Cloud, but when I try to download after effects and Audition it downloads to 42% and stops.

Anyone have problems with apple ID's? I have the correct ID in my settings but when I try to update my apps my ID shows my first name and last name but not my ID? I'm not sure what else to do because I've made sure I have the correct ID in my settings! Anyone else have this issue?
I think its meant to show your name, not your ID.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds, or resetting it using the reset option under general. You should also try restarting your router. -

Hello, I have songs that show they are "Waiting" for download from the cloud but they are greyed out. Some songs in one album are done others in the same album will not download. It is not a time function because i have been working on this for weeks. I have allowed my compter to run for days and the songs are still not accessible. I have a Match subscription and Match is working. If I click on the "Genre" link the greyed out songs show that they are ready for download from the cloud but I cannot download them. I have downloaded over 1500 other songs, so I am trying to understand what is going on here. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.
ThanksI did think about that and if I have to I will do that, however there are about 50 songs. I have closed and reopened iTunes several times and I am sure that I have the latest version. It fails right away but I can click on the cloud download icon and download the song that it failed on ... therefore it is not that song "or any one song" causing the issue. Any ideas?

The CC does not needs any serial number, it is based on Adobe ID.

After removing the CS6 trial or beta applications, you need to run the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
Try installing Cs6 application from crative cloud now and check. -
have the same problem tried the signing in and out, rebooting, uninstalling and back again nothing is working, on 4th download of creative cloud still coming up with lightroom 5 after signing in anf out, also signing out dowloading and signing in, spent 2 days on this, just cannot spend days on trying tricks and hacks
I am getting so mad because I cant even sign out OR quit! They are both grayed out. I have the spinning blue wheel in my apps and am trying to fix that but none of the solutions are working.

When I download from Creative Cloud (.ai is selected) the download is .ai.ps?
The download dialog should offer the original format, and then other formats such as .jpg and .psd.

These photos were sent to me by photgraphers who have edited the photos and added captions and technicala information that shoudl be seen in Lightroom.
I cant open the photos that are in Creative Cloud in Lightroom and therefore acant access the captions and the other specifics regarding copyright etc

ThanksThe photos on CC will be synced to a folder on your hard drive.
You need to import into Lightroom from that folder.
If you have them on Behance, it’s possible to use the Publish Services tab. -

Select setup as "New", the next screen should prompt you to rename your phone. Just name it what you already have it named. After that, you should be able to sync and all of your data & settings will still be exactly as you've already set them up on your phone. The message is more threatening than what really happens.
