I have my Firefox set to restore my previous session, but when I go to restart my browser, I am always at my home page, no tabs to be seen. How can I fix this?
I have no extra details, Its just something that has recently stopped happening to me since the last update to this version of FF
Make sure that you do not use [[Clear Recent History]] to clear the "Browsing History" if Firefox is closed.

I updated an old IPhoto library to work with the lastest Iphoto update as instructed. I lost all my "Event Pictures" and have just Palm Tree graphics? What to do?
How do I redo this? What went wrong..can I chnage a setting? This library is on an External drive. Here is path.. Usres/Jeff H Dubiel, desktop/iphoto Library (original)/restored Files 2 copy/Mac HD/users/Jeff H Dubiel/Pictures/IPhoto Library(original).. 71 GB 14,000 photo's,352 events..not sure how accurate that is with duplicates etc. Also all updates installed.
Also on another Library I need updated it "hangs" if I try to update it. Can I use earlier Iphoto versions somehow on these?

Drag the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to another Disk. This will make a copy on that disk.
Slightly more complex:
Use an app that will do incremental back ups. This is a very good way to work. The first time you run the back up the app will make a complete copy of the Library. Thereafter it will update the back up with the changes you have made. That makes subsequent back ups much faster. Many of these apps also have scheduling capabilities: So set it up and it will do the back up automatically. Examples of such apps: Chronosync or DejaVu . But are many others. Search on MacUpdate
Note:
hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto.
If you're getting the options you refer to you're not holding the command key as well.

- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so. There is a little switch in the headphone jack that disconnects the speaker when the headphone jack is inserted.
Try the following to rule out a software problem
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Seems you have a bad headphone jack.

I recently had to disable and enable all add-ons on Firefox. Now when I google something, when I hover over the website preview and click 'cached' it won't highlight the key terms anymore. How can I fix this?
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

After installing the new software to my iPhone 4S , my dream zoo either will not start or when it does it has a blank screen that has a few icons on it that wont work. How can I fix this is it possible to go back and reinstall the older software ?
Unfortunately I tried that and it didn't work. Thanks for the help though. I tried to uninstall and it said I couldn't because the file is corrupt or something, but I think I finally got it uninstalled and/or deleted or whatever, but now I try to reinstall/download it again from the beginning and I can't. No matter what I do I can not get Firefox working again. No matter how many times I try to redownload it. Any other suggestions?

I signed in as my dad's ID, and now, I'm signed in as my own ID. The problem is, when I try to verify any update, it asks for my dad's ID password instead of mine. How can I fix this? I've already tried to sign in and sign out, but it doesn't work...
You need to delete and redownload those applications. His Apple ID is stored inside them.

When i send an emoji to an iphone user, they will receive it with no problem. When they try to send me an emoji, the message is either blank or has symbols. How can i fix this?
It is a sprint issue and other carriers have that same problem. I get multiple copies of texts from other carriers all the time to my iphone. It isn't the iphone, it is the carrier sending the text message several times because they haven't received and ack message from the recepient.

I apologize if this has already been asked and answered but I couldn't find anything.
I've been deleting stuff to clear up space, and it's not clearing anything up. I went from 3.0 gigs to 2.3 just from deleting apps and photos and music. I was importing songs to my main playlist, when a song that is listed as 6:38 in my downloads file entered "28:00"...Why did it do this and how can I fix it??
It seems to be working now. I noticed it kept crashing on the same song so I just deleted the file and now it's processing the files. I guess the song was corrupted or something. So far so good...

I did not change my Google settings. I always have had it set to open search results in a new window. Some time ago, it started opening up two windows that have identical url/content.
