You can see photo stream photos on icloud.com. You can only see them on an iOS device or computer that is signed into your account with photo stream enabled. If you want to see them on the web, you would have to add the photos to a shared stream using the public website option enabled (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmc0cd7e99). This gives you a private url allowing you to view them from any computer browser.

Not that I know of. When on the side no fan for folders and no 3D look, which I prefer. Background of the Dock very dark so the white dot showing an app is open is easy to see and it all looks very sophisticated.
You might check with third party apps to see if anyone is changing that, but most people don't like the fan so I doubt if anyone is working to add it in.

The bookmark box does not appear, bookmarks straight to the bottom of the list

When I use the Bookmarks menu at the top of the page, hit Bookmark this page, the little box that USED to popup to assign what catagory folder the bookmark is to go into, does not appear.
the page is bookmarked, but goes on the bottom of the list, instead of into a catagory folder.
Having MANY catagory folders, I am forced to scroll down several times to see the book mark!
JUST started doing this when Firefox updated to 3.6.
Any fixes for this?

It's possible that you are having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not caused by one (or more than one) of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do that easily and cleanly, run Firefox in [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode safe mode] (don't forget to select ''Disable all add-ons'' when you start safe mode). If the problem disappears, you know it's from an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode, and enable them one at a time until you find the source of the problem. How do I know if private browsing is working? The purple mask does not appear when I click the mask icon. In my privacy settings "Never Remember" is selected.

I'm trying to confirm private browsing is working. Right now I have no way of knowing if it is on or not. The purple mask ,referred to in help, does not appear when selected. I should say in my privacy settings, I have selected "Never Remember" for history.

Do you mean you have checked the box: "Always use private browsing mode"? If so, it's intentional that the private browsing icon isn't displayed as we didn't want Firefox to be showing everyone within view that you're using private browsing mode IIRC.
There are some easy things you can do to confirm that you are in private browsing mode such as visiting a new website and then confirming it doesn't appear in the history window.

Some Dowloaded music that is in Itunes Music Folder Does not appear in Itun

I downloaded about a dozen songs from itunes yesterday. Four out of twelve songs do not appear in itunes.
I checked and these four missing songs are in my purchase history, these songs are in my itunes music directory on my windows xp computer and I have the most recent version of itunes?
Any other suggestions?

My music is not there. It is, however, showing up on my main (MAC) HD, not my external drive. I think that I might have deleted the external drive copy instead of the local HD copy when I was trying to open up disk space.
Is there a way to scan the MAC HD aside from spotlight? When I look under about this mac->storage, I see that all 64GB of music remains on my main HD, but when I run searches in the finder for MP3, MP4, or by band name, I cannot find anything.

When I receive invitations from outlook, it goes onto my calendar. However, when i "accept" the invitation it does not appear as accepted to the inviter, even when my "status" says "accepted".

I am on a MAC OS X 10.7.4 (Lion). In essence, I cant really tell if when I check the acceptance, it notifies the inviter that I have accepted. Therefore, I worry that my appointment may not be registered with them. So I send an email to confirm that I have accepted the appointment. It is a MAJOR inconvenience as I am a consultant working with corporations and I am always a little uncertain as to whether my appointment will be on the other's calendar. I see many issues with calendar invites not showing up, but my problem is that it DOES show up, it does appear on my calendar and I AM able to click "accept", but I am never really sure if the inviter receives the acceptance. The original install had 3 regular users, and I'm also seeing the "Shared" user when looking at the volume via Terminal. On my new disk, I created a user (with admin rights) with the same name as one of the users on the back up. When I log in as this user and then start Backup again, the home directory of that user is visible in Backup. However, the home directory I want is still hidden.
On a side note: I'm wondering whether these full or incremental backups are somehow similar to .dmg files, since they seem to appear in the /Volumes list while Backup is restoring from a backup file.
What I am doing right now, is to have Backup do a complete restore. But as soon as I started Backup, I opened a terminal window,did a cd (change directory) to the backup file (which appears as a volume). Then I copied the contents I of the home directory I want (via cp -R <home-directory-name> <destination>) to another hard disk.
Interestingly enough, I noticed that Backup, while it was doing the restore, opened a dialog indicating that it could not close the backup file because it was in use by me having a Terminal window open in one of its directories. As soon as I closed the terminal window, and allowed Backup to re-try, it successfully continued, opening the next backup file in succession.
As soon as it continued, I cd-ed into the home directory of that next backup file, and copied the contents of the home directory from it. So, I'm doing this for the home directory in question for all backup files. I assume that this gets me as many copies (versions) of the home directory as there are backup files.
The next thing I need to to after all backup files have been processed, is to manually try to consolidate all the extracted home directory versions into a single one. Yes, this sounds insane, and it is, but until I know of another way to solve this problem, it's the only thing I can do

Not sure why you are not seeing it. I just checked the App Store on my iPhone and in iTunes on my Mac, and it shows up in both places, indicating that it has updates for iOS 7 compability.....(and is an iPhone/iPad app)....

REPORTS folder does not appear when refreshing dynamic templates

Hi all,
I got one issue when refreshing dynamic templates. For one application, the REPORTS folder does not appear under Eexcel folder.
It works well on my quality environment, but it fails on production server.
It seems there is no differences in security settings, SP version...
I already tried deleting Outlooksoft folder, clear and refresh local folder in client options...
I must miss something but I dont know what to check anymore.
Any suggestion is welcome.

Hi Neil,
I do not have issue with what you mention, everything is ok in Webfolder.
The problem is in the local folder of every user in My Documents folder.
There is a folder Outlooksoft there that is refreshed automatically after connecting to BPC.
Every reports under REPORTS\WIZARDS should be there. Users need to access this folder to open a specific report.
What is strange is that it looks that it works for some users, but does not work for some other users...
Might be security settings?

The iTunes Media folder is set in Preferences > Advanced, and is the key to most iTunes folder organizational activities. So I doubt that the automatic deletion will work for files that are somewhere else within the folder structure.
However, I have not experimented with that issue in quite a while, so you are welcome to give it a try in iTunes 11.

To make sure that all required media is in the library contain the project you need to "Consolidate media" see: http://help.apple.com/imovie/mac/10.0/#mov882dee351
You can then copy the library to your laptop with the Finder and open it with the same version of iMovie. The last phrase is important since Apple has made changes in the project format several times even between minor updates of iMovie 10. Earlier versions may not be able to read the library and later versions (not possible in this case) may cause the project to be updated so that it is no longer readable by the desktop version. iMovie on the laptop will not at first find the copied library - you will have either to double click on it or File - Open library - Other and navigate to its location.

It is a stick, Cruzer Blade 16gig.
In the manual it says the following about the USB storage device:
1. Playable folder hierarchy is up to 8 tiers
2. Playable folders up to 500
3. Playable files up to 15 000
Under sequence of audio files it says that the user cannot assign folder numbers and specify playback sequences with this unit. It also gives an example of a hierarchy:
01 - folder
Under that is 02 which is also a folder
Under that are compressed audio files 01 to 05: folder number
Under that there is another folder same concept as above - I have attached that part of the manual in this response.
I named my folder - Folder 001 Artists name and then in that folder I added the tracks as:
001 Song title
002 song title
It played the 1st song in the folder and skipped to the next folder, I can't even locate the other tracks.
On another folder I saved 31 songs but only 29 played so I am not sure whether there is a limit.
All I need is an example of how to number and name everything.
