I got Lightroom for christmas and I got it with the CD. I have tried to download it before hand but I didn't have enough room on my computer to upload it so I did the whole redemption code to serial number process. But I can't find the serial number and it won't let me do it again. I don't know what to do about this is there anything i could do?

The serial number is shown in the browser following to your entering your redemption code and clicking the button. It doesn’t send an e-mail just displays it, once.

Can not deactivated the serial number of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10

After a HDD crash must new installed Win 7 and Photoshop. Have Photoshop new installed and new registered with the serial number.
All was ol. Than comes an automaticly download with a update. By the next start of Photoshop I see the message, that the serial number id not
more valid. Than I start Photoshoü, click to deactivate, but nothing happens, only that I not yet once the series number can enter.
What can I do to reactivate and work again with photoshop ?

I think, my Information are not was perfect. Here is the complete Story.
My HDD with the operating System is crahed. So I have buy a new HDD and at first install Win 7.
Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 was installed on my second HDD. As I will started this, is it not possible.
Also log in by Amazon and new download the prograsmm and installed and registred with the Serial number.
Upto here everythings was fine. Adobe has accept the Serial number and was running.
Than I Switch out the PC and got to bed. On the next day after starting the PC and Adobe Elements 10
was the Programm still in Order. Apprx. a hour later I see the message on the Screen that Adobe has two Updates.
One for Adopbe Photoshop and one for Adobe Application Manager. Also I get to install both updates. After Updates I must restart
my PC and as I startet Adobe Photoshop I must ne registered the Photoshop program. And that was the Point, where Adobe
alway said, the serial number is not more valid. I have try to deactivate the Registration, not possibility. The entry is grea, also not usable.
I've than the Photoshop Program one more deinstalled, PC new started and ne installed. Without success, die serial number is for the program
still invalid.
And installed only the same programs as before the HDD Crash. No new or other, on the contrary, a few old unnecessary programs I have on this occasion de-installed.
What can I do ? I hope, tha you can understand my Situation, than my english is not the best

Did you ever install Premiere Elements 11 on your computer?
If so, then go to the Adobe web site http://www.adobe.com, sign in with your Adobe ID and Password, go to the Search field (top right of the web page) and type in My Products. Follow the My Products link to the list of your registered products. If you find your Adobe Premiere Elements 11 listed there, click on it to reveal the serial number.
Please let us know the outcome.

Add On...remember, Adobe will not let you use the purchased activated serial number on more than 2 of your computers (and then, one at a time).

Do you have the receipt? If you have proof of ownership, you _may_ be able to persuade Customer Support to help you out. I imagine you would need to scan and email that proof if it works at all.

Is there any place to find the original serial number other than "the sheet in the box". My original is v 1.1 (now running 2.x) & I'm double stuck - trying to migrate to a new PowerBook and upgrade to 3.0 - both tasks needing the original serial number.
