I have not been able to use itunes in over a month.  It says Itunes disabled.  I have reset password but still have same problem.  HELP!!!!

I have not been able to use itunes in over a month.  My son uploaded gift cards and lost the $.  WE can no even update our apps.  WE have reset password multiple times.  But we continue to get the message ID Disabled.  I have updated my billing information.  WE do not want to use a credit card.  WE only want to use ITunes Cards.  HELP!!!!!

    Have you updated to the latest level of Keynote on your iPad? Keynote 2.0.1 (1075)  - Check Settings > Keynote
    If so, there isn't much that you can do other than report this bug to Apple http://www.apple.com/feedback/ipad.html
    You could try restarting or resetting your iPad.
    Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPad shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
    Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).

    Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new).  Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

    then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

    If not then you will either have to enter card details (you should be able to remove them after entering them), or create a new account (using the instructions on the above link).

    Can you confirm if you were able to download Presenter 10 successfully, Can you please paste the screen shot of the downloaded file for Presenter 10? Can you please check in control panel >Program and features and check if you are able to see Adobe Presenter 10 as a installed program?

    Adobe is doing nothing to your computer. We are, however, giving notice that our Workspaces service (accessible at https://workspaces.acrobat.com) is going to be shut down in a year. If you have files stored in Workspaces, you will need to download them to your computer before 1/6/2015.

    Is there a solution?

    Found the answer.  I wasted a bunch of time trying a whole bunch of different things like changing my security settings to allow apps from Everyone, turning off my firewall, downloading a newer Java, etc. 
    I finally contacted Printmaster support and they said that Printmaster 2012 Platinum (and ALL VERSIONS of Printmaster other than their newest one) will simply not work with Yosemite.  Even their newest one (called Printmaster V6 Platinum) won't work unless you download a fix.  Here is the entire response that they sent me.   I've had Printmaster 2012 Platinum for several years so it will cost me $10 and some effort (calling them AND sending an email with a photo of the box and disc...and then paying them) to get a version that will work.

    Unfortunately with the release of Mac OSX 10.10 Yosemite PrintMaster is experiencing issues with this new operating system. We have created an update for PrintMaster v6 Platinum our current release of PrintMaster.

    You need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
    Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his box.com account in for_iWork'09 > other_iWork'09 items > uninstall iWork '09.zip.
