CAN NOT USE THE APPLE APP. PEOPLE ARE NOT GETTING MY TEXT, ECT.  I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THESE ISSUES.  FIX!!!!!

Did you switch platforms recently, going from iOS to something else and then back to iOS?
If not, you should first restart your iPhone. Then check your Settings for Cellular and make sure you have Cellular Data: On, Roaming: Voice & Data.
Finally, back up and then restore your iPhone. Set it up like a new iPhone and then restore your data from the backup.
