I have not been sent a serial number after subscribing to Captivate for a year. Does anyone know how I can get it? Or how to actually speak to someone in Adobe ??? Very frustrating!

You have to just sign in with your Adobe Id during the installation process and it will validate your subscription from the activation server. Once your Id is validated then your subscription will be activated. You don't need serial number to activate subscription.

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

10.9 is free, so you could upgrade to that if you wished
if that's not an option for software compatibility reasons, you'd either need to re-install it from the original disks (that came with the computer, or a seperate iLife disc), a backup, or purchase a boxed version from someplace like eBay or Amazon (Amazon has iLife '11 for $39)

My MacBook has been "moving to trash" 4 items for a LONG time now. I can't force quit this or stop it in any way. Does anyone know how I can get this to stop, I'm pretty sure its slowing my whole system down because it is constantly working on this.

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

I believe you may be referring to the $49 ASL agreement at AppleCare? That is only when/if you are out of AppleCare Protection.
Can you get to an AppleStore Genius Bar?
They may be able to fix this for you. No charge.
I highly doubt that. There is a $70 charge for troubleshooing software issues, EVEN IF there is AppleCare Warranty on the hardware.
However, since there is no charge for an appointment at a Bar, go make one, and see what options they give you. Let us know how it goes.

Which generation Nano and what software are you referring to? There are no downloadable apps on a Nano.

You cannot recover your loss unless you insure your device for such loss. It is not covered by your warranty. Be sure to report the loss or theft to the local police. Have the serial number handy. If your Mac is found it cannot be returned to you if you don’t have the serial number and proof of purchase.

If version 4 is an upgrade only, you will have to have the serial number of the 3.5 full version.
If you can't find it try contacting Apple with your proff of purchase, they may be able to help.

You can download and install MPlayerX free from Apple App Store. Works great for AVI and other movie formats. I had issues with some AVI's and MPlayerX resolved them.

Are you shooting RAW? Are you exporting masters or versions? Is there a size limitation on the Walgreens site?
