I have problem with zorlu apple store
i have iphone5, i was buy it in USA and i m living in turkey now, screen is broken and i go to zorlu apple centre for change my iphone5 they says we can not help you because this iphone5 from USA, you have to go USA or europe apple stores. I cannot go now. Help me please where is international apple store. You have store but they dont help me.
Read the above posts more carefully. The Apple Store are not international stores. They sell in the country where they are located.
The iPhone warranty is not international. It is limited to the country where the iPhone was purchased.
If you purchased the iPhone in the US, you need to get it replaced or serviced in the US and mailing it is not an option.
You must send it to someone (family or friend) in the US who will take it to Apple and after replacement or repair Apple will send it to them and they need to send it to you.

when i unchek the card information it was show me an error!Though you are being asked for card details it doesn't necessarily mean that the card will be charged for the purchase (unless you want to gift content). Have you tried entering your card's details to confirm the account ? You should then be able to remove it.

then you will need to enter card details (debit cards are no longer accepted in all countries) before the account can be used to download any item from the store. -

Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility and press the Continue button. After Disk Utility loads select the Macintosh HD entry from the the left side list. Click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If Disk Utility reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit Disk Utility and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

Hi to all. I do have a problem with my apple Tv. I can't play the HD movies that I have in my external hard drive which is connenected to my macbook pro. Some of them don't play at all and it's switching off the XBMC, and some of them are just starting for a few seconds and then is getting paused trying to buffering for a long time. The simple avi movies are playing with fewer stops for buffering. What is the problem? Can you help me?

Safari & Firefox having problems with the Apple Store
Hi there,
I'm having issues using the Apple Store I'd really appreciate some help with. Whenever I go there, whether I'm using Firefox or Safari, I always get a pop-up menu come down, even when I haven't clicked on anything. And it won't go away, so I can't see alot of the stuff on the site, making it unusable. It's best described by a screen shot:

The box on the right comes up without me clicking on anything, the activity wheel at the top of it never changes into anything (just keeps spinning round) and there is no 'close' or 'cancel' button to make it go away. If you look at the bottom of the pop-up, you can see it doesn't even render properly.
I called the Apple Store number about this and he said to clear all my private data. I have done that in Safari, as it's not my main browser so doesn't matter to me. In Firefox I have only partially done this; I cleared all cookies, the cache, browsing history, download history, saved form information and authenticated sessions. Neither worked to make the pop-up box go away. I could not face clearing saved passwords or saved sessions (with my Tab Mix Plus add-on) in Firefox, so I'm going to try anything else I can think of to solve this before resorting to that.
I'm guessing this is some problem in the overall system, rather than in either of the browsers, given that they both do it. Would something like Onyx or Cocktail help?
Also, both my browsers are quite old; Firefox is 1.5.0.6 and Safari is 2.0.4... I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but I'm hoping not. With alot of plug-ins and an already overloaded computer, I'd rather not update to the more processor-intensive new versions. I want a new computer soon, so I'm hoping I can put-off updating til then.
So if anyone can tell me what to do, I'd be most grateful. I really need to use the Apple Store to look into what Mac to get to upgrade, and right now I just can't shop properly.

what can i do?????There appears to be an issue with iTunes at the moment. See https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5633191 amongst other threads in the iTunes Store board. The issue looks to be related to Apple directly rather than your ID.

<Edited By Host>You may reset the password on your account by opening https://iforgot.apple.com/ in Safari and entering your Apple ID (your email address, which the moderators should have removed earlier).
You won't be able to set the password to your email address, or a recently-used password (if I remember correctly).
Once you change your password, you should update your password on your iOS device in Settings > iTunes & App Store, then tapping the "Apple ID: <username>" cell at the top to re-enter your password. (Your iOS device may prompt you for the new password before getting to Settings as well.)

Hi, when I try to download an application the app stores downloads it for about 2 seconds and then it stops downloading it! I don't know what's wrong?

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... (But can take Longer..)
Release the Buttons...
If no joy...Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings. -
