I'm not positive about this, but I'd guess that the voicemail service is with your cellular provider i.e. will work w/o the phone instrument.
Doing the "remote lock" should not AFAIK prevent Find My... from working. But it might discourage a thief and cause him to turn it off before iCloud can snare its location? I'd have guessed NOT i.e. that it would register instantly, but I dunno how fast that works.
In any case that's your only hope at this point, to monitor your email and see if a "Found!" is received. If it were me, I'd use my netbook to check email all night long and wake me if one comes in. Good luck, and report back!

You need to arrange that with the carrier since they are the ones that disabled it.

Is there any way to get Mail to use the Inbox as the Sent folder?

This may sound like a silly question, but I have an IMAP account with over a hundred nested folders. I've tried using rules to sort email that comes in, but honestly? It's more trouble than it's worth. Generally, I leave emails in my Inbox until I've dealt with them, and then I sort them into the appropriate folder.
Unfortunately, this means that I've then got to go and do the same thing with the message that I've just sent—which I sometimes (often) forget to do. I then end up with hundreds and hundreds of messages in the Sent folder that need to be hooked up with their respective originals. Bleh.
Does anyone know if there's a way to get both the original message and the response to end up in the same folder automatically? Mail doesn't allow you to use the Inbox as anything but the Inbox—it's the root directory for the mailbox.
Anyone?
BTW, I'm posting this here because I have Tiger at work, where this is more of a problem, though I've got Leopard (and soon Snow Leopard) at home.

Go easy—I've been using Macs since 1984 and have only used Microsoft's bloatware when work obliges me to. (I talked the boss who insisted that we run all of our email and calendars from an Access server into running OS X Server; Entourage went away, and life is much better. Word is still part of my everyday grind because of change tracking, but I have hopes for Pages.) I've used any number of email clients over the years, and Mail is my app of choice for many reasons.
Nonetheless, a useful feature is a useful feature, even if it comes from Redmond. It's not 1996 any more—Macs aren't the downtrodden Rebel Alliance and Microsoft isn't the Empire.
It seems to me that—especially with an IMAP account—you're not dealing with something intrinsic in the structure of the emailing system, since the folder structure doesn't even reside on the client computer (except as a mirror).
I suppose that I could use a rule to shunt all email for that account into a single folder and then use that same folder as the Sent folder. I'd need to create the same rule on my various Macs (and punt on my iPhone)... but I suppose that would work. But I'm still not sure why a more elegant solution isn't possible.

I started having trouble connecting and recieved the "not supported by iPad" message. Try a reset. Press & hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously, ignoring the red power off slider, until the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. This should not affect any content on the iPad, it is similar to rebooting your computer.

I lost all of my notes after switching my icloud account, is there any way to get them back??

I decided to switch my icloud email to a more frequently used email. After doing this I went to check my notes (where I kept a lot of important things) and found that there was nothing there. It has been really stressing me out because I believe that when it asked if I wanted to delete the account from my phone, I said yes. I am really freaking out here, and could use some advice. If you backup with iTunes and you restored from the backup and the notes were gone, then there is no where to retrieve them from unless you have another backup that contains those notes.
Launch iTunes on the computer and go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices. You will see a window with all of your backups listed in it.
If you see a recent backup that you are certain contains the notes that you need, recover deleted notes from iPhone backup.
I think the suggestions might be of use to you.

In "classic" mode, it will show Yesterday and the time if you drag the column wide enough. But in the default mode, it only shows "Yesterday" I need the time!!

Full screen 3 column view shows time stamp.
You can customize the Mail tool bar for the "show all Header icon" of the individual mail. (right click in toolbar area to customize.)
Here the time & date stamp is visible in opened mail.
Of course if you wait a day, it will show.
You can also make some changes Mail>preferences>viewing> Show Header Detail

Unfortunately water damage is not covered by any warranty, however, try placing the iPhone in a zip lock bag of dried rice for approximately 5 days, resist the urge to turn to it back on. There is no guarantee and it maybe beyond saving but worth a try. If that doesn't work you could contact Apple for an out of warranty replacement.

I had roughly the same error. I fixed it by running the iCloud control panel update from apple software update. The problem cropped up after I ran the most recent iTunes update, I've personally been having issues with iTunes updates being finicky since upgrading to Windows 8.1, I've had to download installers rather than running the update directly through Software Update, so it's possible Apple is not fully addressing compatibility issues for newer versions of Windows. Ultimately it seems to be a missing file issue, so any update, installer, or install verification/repair that directly addresses the iCloud files should see and replace the missing file.
Also it looks like Apple is either unaware of this problem or not addressing it at all, there are about a dozen support requests from within the last month all asking this same question regarding iCloud, just with different specific files unable to be found. None of them have answers.
