If it it says turn off FIndMyiPhone then:
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

Then the SIM may have failed. Try removing and re-inserting it. If that doesn't fix it, you will have to get the SIM replaced by your carrier.

She forgot it, after multiple attempts at what it could have been, it comes up with disabled etc.....I have tried it in recovery and hooking it up to iTunes (which the device has been previously synced up to) to restore. But the problem I am having is it only gives me the option to update also, to iOS 6.1.3 with the new bug fix which it won't allow you to bypass the passcode. It gets a little into the downloading, turns the iPod on and then asks for the passcode to continue?! I am at a loss as to what to do now, as every forum says put it in recovery and restore. I can't use the 'find my iPhone' app as the iPod is offline. I've tried it on a laptop not prev synced up to and get the same problem. Has any one got any ideas!

How did you delete the Note? If you did a "select all" and "cut", open the Note and shake your iPhone to undo the cut action.

If you previous synced to the computer then you may be able to recovery use of the iPod without erasing the iPod by following the instructions here:
Disabled Recovery-must use syncing computer.
Otherwise y have to erase the iPod

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Sounds like it's hardware issue. The iPhone warranty is based in the original country of purchase. Since it was bought in Korea you will need to ship the phone to someone you know in Korea to be taken in and then they will have to ship it back to you. The cost of shipping will be at your expense.

i did not get any reasons or explanations. the email just stated that my order was canceled and that it won't be posted to my credit card (i have more than enough to cover the cost, so that is not the issue). also my husbands phone was paid for from the same card moments before me. my balance is always paid automatically and on time. so that couldn't be the reason either. that's what so frustrating is because they didn't explain what happened. this is what the email read exactly:

Deauthorizing won't delete anything, and all your purchased content is safe. You will just have to reauthorize any of the other computers that get deauthorized along with your computers old machine id.
To get your purchased content back on that computer, just use iTunes to redownload it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US). Of course, music you ripped from CD or got from another source you'll need to copy those files back over.
