The funny thing is, I recall distinctly setting up the DHCP reservation initially, but when I went to check it now, the reserved client list was empty. I have no idea how it could have become depopulated, thus opening the door for internal IP address reassignment of the Remote Desktop computer which led to the RDP ports no longer being forwarded to the right internal IP address and thus the failure of the Remote Desktop connectivity.

its not apple going "down the tubes" its that you have windows junk. These opinion best left at apple.com/feedback
you need to completely uninstall itunes and all components

Assuming AVG is involved there is a new patch which may resolve the issue. Update AVg before attempting to recover the library.

Change where imported files are stored
Choose iTunes > Preferences and click Advanced.
Click Change and select a new location for your files.From now on, new songs and other items you import will be stored in the new location. Songs you’ve already imported stay in their current location.To go back to storing imported files in the iTunes folder, choose iTunes > Preferences, click Advanced, and click Reset.

Well I am feeling a bit silly now because that was all I had to do. In the past Workgroup Manager had always opened right up to the list of my users, I never even thought to click on that but apparently that was all that was needed.
I still am not sure how the iChat Server preferences changed themselves on me, but it is not the first time I have had weird "settings" issues with our Snow Leopard Server.

Error KB19454, Calendar won't sync. This is the second time this happened, how do I fix it?

This is the second time this has happened with my Tour 9630. While trying to sync with Blackberry Desktop Manager, I am unable to sync calendars. My contacts are able to sync just fine. This happened once before and the only solution that I found to work was restoring my phone to a previous backup. I find this to be a horrible solution and one in which I don't want to replicate. Content bought using one Apple ID cannot be merged or transferred to another Apple ID.

I D/L'd a trial version of LR 5 and lost all my catalog and collections in LR 4. What can I do to get them back?

Yesterday I D/L'd a trial version of LR 5.6 and during installation it seemed to be copying my catalog from my LR 4.4. Now nearly all of my catalog and all my collections in LR 4 have disappeared. What has happened to them andhow do I get them back. The original photos seem to still be available in the myphotos directory on the computer, but without any of my lightroom editing.

There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on 9 different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary depending on the version of iPhoto and the version of the OS. So to get help you need to give as much information as you can. Include things like:
- What version of iPhoto.
- What version of the Operating System.
- Details. As full a description of the problem as you can. For example, if you have a problem with exporting, then explain by describing how you are trying to export, and so on.
- History: Is this going on long? Has anything been installed or deleted? - Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
- Anything unusual about your set up? Or how you use iPhoto?
Anything else you can think of that might help someone understand the problem you have.

Photo Stream has only the recent shots in Camera Roll.
If you didn't backup with the appropriate software then it's gone.

So a week after i updated iOS 8 my wifi won't connect other devices will, i am unable to get to a apple store since where i live doesn't have them. this is the second time iPod has done something like this. I've tried restarting it and everything

so i tried to restart the iPod, 'forget' the wifi name and re join nothing happened. i also did the reset network connection. as i said please give me something i can do via macbook or home since i live no where near a apple store. Last year my iPod shut off and wouldnt work this now is happening. Do i have to restore?? and how can i save everything from deleting....??

Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tend to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: How to back up
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

I have some songs missing on my iPod touch 4th gen. that i purchased on my ipod through the iTunes app. The first time that i had missing music an entire album went missing. so i went to the support page and someone from tech. support called me and he was able to let me download the for free but said that it was a once in a lifetime opportunity. and i bought the newest missing music during the same time as the other album that went missing completely.
i bought a full album (Nightmare by Avenged Sevenfold the Deluxe Edition)and now 3 out of the 12 tracks that are supposed to be on the album are missing. i have the receipt that Apple sent me via e-mail where it shows where i bought the Nightmare album (Deluxe Edition) and the receipt shows all 12 tracks listed but in my iTunes library it only shows 9 tracks (plus the digital booklet thing that came with the album. So is there anyway that i can go back through and re-download them again without paying for the songs again? or do i need to call technical support again and request a refund again?

No. You get only one download.
You can try Store>Check for Available downloads to see if they got downloaded in the first place. If this does not get them, then they have already been downloaded.
You would have to contact itunes support: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes
to ask for another exception.
Are you not transferring your music purchased on ipod to your computer regularly and then including it in your regular backup of your computer?

Photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days and your iCloud back only remains on iCloud for 180 days. If you're looking for photos from last year I'm afraid they wouldn't be in iCloud at this point. Unless you have another backup on your computer or they are still on one of your other devices they're gone now.
