I have the latest version of itunes and a very new computer and a stable connection. Why does iTunes refuse to connect to the appointment store? I have tried the standard fixes but nothing helps

I have the latest version of iTunes. Whenever I click on the iTunes store section on iTunes the loading bar reaches half-way then stops. I can access my acount on my ipod touch however. i have tried reinstalling itunes but no help. I do have an internet filter but it is not doing any pop-ups(as it always does when it blocks content) so I am very sure that is not the problem.

    Log in to the Developer forum. You will find instructions on how to install the lastest beta. Your problem is the beta you have installed has expired. All of them did on October 5; you will find hundreds of threads discussing this. If you have a beta it is assumed that you will continue as a beta tester, so a simple update using iTunes will not work.
    If you no longer want to be a beta tester install the GM 7.0.2 by restoring from iTunes using DFU mode.

    If you are getting the blank app update screen, many, many people are having this problem over the last couple of days. It is a problem that Apple must fix now.
    According to Fly150 in another discussion, this will work.
    If you want to update the Apps while waiting for Apple to fix Updates:
    1. Go to App Store
    2. Select Purchased
    3. Select All
    4. Scroll down to find the Apps showing update
    5. Select update on the Apps
    This should update the Apps and get rid of the update count in App Store. Apple needs to fix this. It is a workaround only until then.

    Yea i tried in disk utility and its got faiiled and the partitation has deleted and when i tried  to replug the  usb  msg show up by saying  usb not compaitnle. With this mac  and  take me to disk utility  and thanks for replying

    No I haven´t take it to Apple Store, i think I will actually. My iphone was jailbroken and ulocked with gevey sim, but when this failures began i decided to restore it, and I did preserve the baseband, but when I took it into one of these "Places" they told me it would be a good idea to do a clean restore and see if this fixed the problem so I upgraded my baseband, and right now my iphone is freshly restore, no jailbreak no nothing.
    Btw yes something like a year ago my screen was replaces by others not by apple, but I didnt had any issues after this.. until today (a little more than a year later).

    Hi Johnrjohnr,
    Here are some images to help you out. Please be sure to first plug your iPhone in or enable "Sync with this iPhone over WiFi" and be running the latest version of iTunes.
    1) Select your device from the upper-left corner of iTunes (your application may appear slightly different on a Windows computer).  To erase your iPhone, select "Restore iPhone" in the Summary tab of your device.  Erasing your iPhone will remove ALL data - including photos, contacts, apps, etc.  If you choose to do this, be sure to back up your information to iCloud, iTunes, or another service of your choosing.  All apps, movies, music, etc. that you have purchased through iTunes will be available to install immediately after the restore.
    2) Remain on the Summary tab.  Scroll to the bottom of the screen where you will find the Device Options List.  To drag and drop songs to your iPhone, "Manually manage music and videos" must be checked.  The remaining items are optional.
    3) It appears I was mistaken on the "Advanced" menu, my apologies.  It is no longer in iTunes (I believe it was removed with iTunes 11).  The option is now located under Store -> "Authorize This Computer..."  Selecting this will give your computer full permission to access any content you have purchased through iTunes.  I have not personally used podcasts in a few years, but I'd imagine it will apply as well.  Sign in using the Apple ID that you have purchased content with and you should have unrestricted access.  Keep in mind that you may have up to 5 authorized computers at any given time.  To authorize a 6th computer, you will need to go to one of the other machines and select "Deauthorize This Computer..."

    Did you try to connect in recovery mode and restore without using the latest backup?

    If setting up as new device does not work, you'll have to get it serviced or looked at by visiting an Apple Store.
    Did you try to remove the ipsw firmware file and restore, to make iTunes download a new copy from Apple?
    Those files are located here:
    Rename, move, or delete the iOS software file (.ipsw)
    iTunes uses "ipsw" files to restore your iPod or iPhone. If those files are unusable, then try deleting them, renaming them, or moving the file to a different directory. This will cause iTunes to download a new copy of the IPSW. When a restore issue is specific to a user, it is likely due to an unusable .ipsw file. If removing the .ipsw file does not resolve a user-specific restore issue, then the issue is caused by other user-specific security software settings or iTunes preferences. Creating a new user will also cause new .ipsw restore files to be downloaded in the new user. You can find the ".ipsw" files in these locations:

    iPhone
    ~/Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates
    iPad
    ~/Library/iTunes/iPad Software Updates
    iPod touch
    ~/Library/iTunes/iPod Software Updates
    Note: The tilde "~" represents your Home directory.

  • App Builder won't install - have tried all recommended fixes but still fails

    Hi all,
    I have read the similar issues others have had installing app builder and tried the suggested fixes, but am still having trouble installing.
    I have downloaded the latest version of App Builder (32.4 I believe), and am running Mac OS X 10.7.5. When I try to install i get the error "Sorry, an error has occurred. The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer from the application author."
    Just out of interest, I tried installing the same file on another Mac (running OS X 10.10.2) and installed without issue. So the installer file would appear to be fine.
    According to the system requirements, my 10.7.5 system should support the install, so I am not sure what else to try.

    what error messages were you getting. And what step are you doing to transfer your music?
    if you have itunes installed as this is the only way to transfer music from your PC to the ipad. If you don't go here www.apple.com/itunes.
    If you have it and your music is in the library. Do this. Connect you ipad to your computer click on ipad button in itunes next to summary click on music add check mark to sync music click on entire music library and hit apply at the bottom of your screen.

    The display suddently changed two days ago.  Everthing exploded in size.  I have tried changing the contrast but nothing works.  The display screen becomes either too wide, too long, or too narrow and in all cases the font is extra large and out of focus.  What can I do please   I am really disappointed since my iMac is only 2.5 months old.

    Don't think so.  But tried it anyway.  I have been into utilities and tried different contrast settings now I don't know what is the right one.  But no matter which one I tried I have either about a third of the screen black, with display centered as though hidden behind the black.  What is going on?
    Also, I have to say that I can't understand why there is no information anywhere on what the correct settings should be.

    Restart iPhone: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for phone to restart.
