I have been in the tools section and went to options and under the privacy section I have selected to remember the passwords and it does not. I also went into the security section and checked the remember the password section and it does not remember them.My exception are empty in security section also. I have read all of the replys and have yet to solve the problem.

    The usual reasons for an Apple ID getting disabled are either unauthorized activity or violations of the Terms & Conditions. 
    Submit your request to iTunes Customer Service and if appropriate, they will re-enable it.

    I just tested it (on 10.6.8) and it worked perfectly well, so it may be something on your computer. You could try creating a new user account on your Mac and using that to try downloading. You can then install on that account and it will be available on your normal one.

    Back up all data.
    Start up in Recovery mode. When the OS X Utilities screen appears, select
    Utilities ▹ Terminal
    from the menu bar. A Terminal window will open. In that window, type this:
    res
    Press the tab key. The partial command you typed will automatically be completed to this:
    resetpassword
    Press return. A Reset Password window will open. You’re not going to reset a password.
    Select your startup volume ("Macintosh HD," unless you gave it a different name) if not already selected.
    Select your username from the menu labeled Select the user account if not already selected.
    Under Reset Home Directory Permissions and ACLs, click the Reset button.
    Select

    from the menu bar.

    I need to speak to a human being.  I want a refund for a purchase that I have made on the Apple Store.  I have been unable to download the video for two days now.
    I tried the methods on the Apple website to fix the issue, I tried 3 other methods as well that some users had reported fixed the problem.  I tried old versions of iTunes.  I tried restarting my computer, deleting download cache, changing anti-virus settings, messing with permissions, making my network trusted, ect. ect.  I even emailed support telling them this, and they of course gave me an email from some Indian guy telling me to do exactly what I said I have already done.
    I don't want support or troubleshooting.  I paid to watch a movie right then, right there.  I did not pay to spend days trying to get this God aweful program to work so that I could receive the product that I paid for.  I paid for the product, and Apple has failed to deliver it.  I am very clearly receiving this error IN ERROR.  None of the conditions that normally cause this error as noted on the site exist on my computer, so the problem is with Apple's software, and therefore, with their product delivery method.
    So, what number can I call? 

    Here's a long shot, but if you want to try it, it might help:
    Quit iTunes
    Open the Start menu.
    Choose All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt
    At the command prompt, type the following (including the quotation marks):
    "C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe" /removePref storefront"
    Then try the download again, either from the Check for Downloads or the Purchased area. This was suggested by another user, and while it wasn't for the exact symptoms you describe, it's similar enough that it would be worth the attempts.
    If that still doesn't help, then it would seem to be a corrupted download and the iTunes Store will have to address the issue.
    I know it's frustrating when you can't get past the "canned" messages, but give it one more try. If you still can't get resolution, you can try calling Apple Customer Relations - 800-767-2775 in the US - explaining that you can't get past the iTunes Store canned responses, and see if they can get someone to provide you with specific help for your situation.

    Do you mean names and passwords in the Password Manager or do you mean that you are no longer logged on to (remembered by) websites after closing and restarting Firefox?
    There is a difference between remembering the name and password in the Password Manager and a "remember me" check box on a web page to log you in automatically.<br />
    The latter usually involves the creation of a special "remember me" cookie that is stored on your computer and that is send to the server.<br />
    If that "remember me" cookie is removed or gets corrupted or is not send to the server then the server won't remember you anymore and you need to sign in once again.
    *Create a cookie 'allow' exception to keep such cookies, especially for secure websites and when cookies expire when Firefox is closed.
    *Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: Exceptions

    Try a reset: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go.

    If you've activated 2-step verification, you need to generate an application-specific password in your Google account and enter it instead of the login password you use on the website.

    Unfortunately, I don't have a number, but if you go the apple.com/support/itunes, it'll give you the pathway to connect with iTunes support. You can also just go straight to Express Lane. Hope this helps!

    Try perform below steps.
    Open task manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc  keys. Click on more details if the option available.
    Then end all Adobe related processes, including Creative Cloud and Coresync ( if running )
    Then hold windows key on your keyboard and Press R key.
    It will open Run window
    In Run window, type Appdata and click on Ok
    Open Local > Adobe folders
    Delete AAMUpdater and OOBE folders
    Then navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    Delete Adobe Application Manager and OOBE folders
    Go back to Program Files (x86) and Open Adobe folder
    Try deleting Adobe Creative Cloud folder, if it is not allowing rename it to Adobe Creative Cloudold
    Download and install Creative Cloud App from below link

    It's possible that the pages you are attempting to open simply won't work with that old web browser.
    If you're using Mac OS X Tiger, update to the latest version, which is 10.4.11. (You might be using that already. Your profile says you're running 10.4.1, but I bet that's just a typo.)
    Then get the latest version of Safari that will run on Tiger. (And... you have that already: 4.1.3.)
    You might try a more modern browser designed specifically for your current OS. That would be TenFourFox.

    Reinstalling Lion Without the Installer
    Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alterhatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
    Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
    When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list.  In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive.  If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the main menu.
    Reinstall Lion: Select Reinstall Lion and click on the Continue button.
    Note: You can also re-download the Lion installer by opening the App Store application. Hold down the OPTION key and click on the Purchases icon in the toolbar. You should now see an active Install button to the right of your Lion purchase entry. There are situations in which this will not work. For example, if you are already booted into the Lion you originally purchased with your Apple ID or if an instance of the Lion installer is located anywhere on your computer.

    If you have iTunes 11 on your computer then you can enable the left-hand sidebar on it via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC - when connected (and if your computer's iTunes is up-to-date) your iPad should then appear on that sidebar under a 'Devices' heading :
    If you select the iPad on that sidebar you can then use the Movies tab on the right-hand side of the iTunes screen to select and sync that film to your iPad's Videos app.
