You can use the same appleid that you purchased the apps with on the phone for the App store. Settings> iTunes & App Store and continue to use the other id for everything else allowing you to have access to your previously purchased apps. You can then either sync or download the apps without paying for them again.
It can be quite handy having two appleids - it can be quite useful if you can manage them correctly. One id for the store and one for imessage is good for privacy if you have the same id in use on another device.

So apparently I have two Apple ID's on my phone. One for the App store, which is my own, and one of my phone (?) which is my brothers.
The deal is, that I've been using my brothers for some time on my old Iphone 4s, but when I got a new iPhone 4s I finally got my own Apple ID. So when I got my new 4s, I synced the phone, so that I could have the same Apps as on my old 4s, but now on the new 4s it won't let me change the Apple ID? Does that make sense? So I can purchase Apps in App store with my own ID, but when I want to activate iMessage, it wants me to use my brothers Apple ID, but of course I want to use my own.
Is there a way to change that? To somehow 'delete' his Apple ID from my 4s and use my own for iMessage/iCloud and such?

Yes.
The Apple ID needs to be a verified email address. Once you have an email address, that can be verified, go here & create the ID, if you have not done so already:

Then on your phone, turn off Contacts, Calendars, etc. for iCloud. You'll be prompted to keep the data or delete it from the phone, then turn off iMessage, FaceTime & delete the iCloud account...Settings>iCloud...scroll down...delete account. Then, setup iCloud using the new Apple ID, turn on iMessage & Facetime.

If you are in the USA (is that Pearland, Texas), with iTunes 10.3 and iOS 4.3.3 or later, you can download your previous purchases directly to your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or computer.

Launch iTunes on your new computer then from the menu bar click Store / Authorize This Computer.
Try syncing.

Only the former owner can remove the Find My Phone lock and erase the device. That can be done remotely. Without this the device is useless to you because it will be permanently locked.

Changing devices is no reason to create a new Apple ID.
All content purchased from iTunes is permanently linked to the Apple ID it was purchased with.
To update apps purchased with the old ID, you MUST sign in with that Apple ID.

It's not likely to re-connect to a network lying on the ground somewhere and getting rained on, it would be really great if I could see that map again so I could use it's last known location to find it. Kind of pointless to have a 24 hr killswitch deadline. If I had known I would have taken a screen-shot while I still had access to the information. Since I lost the phone at Canada's Wonderland (which is now closed for the season) I don't have access to the location where I lost the phone (under a roller-coaster probably), and so I wanted to send the Lost And Found people a screen-shot of it's last known location, but I guess I can't do that now. (Apple are big jerks)

The only options I can find are "default" and "Last printer used" which means I must go into the Print & Fax area and change the default EACH time I want to print??? Seems very low tech.....

In most cases you get this dialog box every time you print. It is called the print dialog and normally when you print, a print dialog appear showing the printer that is to be used. Which printer you see will be based on what you have set in Print & Fax as you mention. But regardless of what you have set there, you still have the option to change the printer via the print dialog.
If you are using an application that does not show the print dialog, like MS Word and that stupid "print one copy" print icon in the toolbar, then you can often change the action the print icon uses so that the print dialog appears.

Macs use an application called Migration Assistant to copy material from the old Mac to the new one. The macs are connected together and each runs Migration Assistance and the user chooses what stuf to copy onto the new Mac.
Unfortunately I do not know how to do this between pcs or between a Mac and a Pf or even if it's even possible.

There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on 10 different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary depending on the version of iPhoto and the version of the OS. So to get help you need to give as much information as you can. Include things like:
- What version of iPhoto.
- What version of the Operating System.
- Details. As full a description of the problem as you can. For example, if you have a problem with exporting, then explain by describing how you are trying to export, and so on.
- History: Is this going on long? Has anything been installed or deleted? - Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
- Anything unusual about your set up? Or how you use iPhoto?
Anything else you can think of that might help someone understand the problem you have.

Replacements via Apple tech support are usually refurbished units, not new stock, though none of us here can say with certainty what you will receive. But you will not be able to tell the difference between new stock and a refurbished unit, and refurbished units generally go through more extensive testing than do new units, so getting a refurb may well be better than getting new stock.
