In regard to Time Machine. I have two accounts one is an admin account, the other is a standard user account. When I implement Time Machine when I am logged into the Admin account, is the standard user also backed up?

Also after I completed the Time Machine backup session, I turned off Time Machine and removed the portable hard drive. After a short interruption of approximately one month, when the Macbook Pro is reconnected and Time Machine is turned back on, will Time Machine create a new instance of a backup? WIll the back up contain the standard user account changes?

Time Machine backs up by default all the user accounts.
When you reconnect the backup drive after one month, Time Machine will do an incremental backup and it might take a while minutes to hours depending on how much has been changed. With a gap of a month, Time Machine will have to do a lengthier than normal survey of both drives to see what has changed, so it might take some time preparing for the backup. The backup will include everything that has changed since the previous one.

Have you restarted holding down the Opt key? That procedure should give you a gray screen with all of the partitions that exist. Then select the SL partition for boot. Also go to System Preferences and Startup Disk, unlock the lock and select the SL partition as the default boot partition, then relock.

Check you have an internet connection and that you are using the correct iTunes store location setting.
Try restarting the router.
If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore.

We have two computers, one solely to be used by my wife. Until now she has used my appleid to buy stuff from the Apple Store but has now bought her own iPad. we are finding it very difficult to remove me from her computer.

Until recently our household comprised two computers but only one iPad (mine) and we could buy from the store on either computer because both computers identified with my apple ID. My wife has now bought her own iPad and created her own apple ID and wants to be able to purchase apps etc on her own accout from iTunes in her computer. We are finding it impossible to take my apple ID off her computer to enable her to buy on her own account because we keep getting a message that only my ID isaccepted. HELP would be apprecaited. When I said I had not "installed" iTunes on my iPad, I suppose I meant I have not yet signed in to iTunes, ever. I suppose when I sign in to iTunes the first time on my new iPad, I will be required to create a new iTunes account? Then refer to such new iTunes account when I launch iTunes for the first time on my PC as myself? Or will I still need to use Method Three in your link?
The crucial thing is this - when I turn on iTunes on the PC for the first time with me as User, I do NOT want it to connect to my wife's iTunes account. On my PC, I would want iTunes to ask me who I am, so I can then sign in with my new iTunes account that I had just created on my iPad. How can I be sure to accomplish this goal?
In my PC, if I look at Documents and Settings and compare the two folders for we two different users, one for me and one for my wife, I can see that my wife's has Application Data and Local Settings for her various Apple programs. However, so do I in my User even though I have not yet installed any Apple programs on my side. I am concerned that when I finall launch iTunes when I am user, it will open up in my wife's iTunes account, which I truly want to avoid.

How to read two files (one is updating every second, the other is constant) simoltaneously

I will appreciate if somebody help me.
I want to read two files, one is temperature wich is updating every second, and the other is hysteresis energy which has specific rows and is constant.
I got a program in discussion forum which read a file as it is updating. I checked this program in my case and it works.
Then I added reading hysteresis energy file to the existing file. But while i am running the program, the hysteresis energy file is read with all rows.
But the aim is that everytime which temperature updates, I need to read just one row of the hysteresis energy file.
so, in this way in every second i have a new temperature data and one row of the other file.
I tried to used "for loop" inside the program, but it did not work, becuase reading temperature will be stopped untill for loop ends.
I attached the program.
Could somebody help me how to read just one row of hysteresis energy file everytime temperature updates?

I do not understand relationship between your two files.
You have another VI or app that is writing data to both files and when new temperature data added you wish just to read the new data and then read one new line of the hysteresis file?????
But is one is constant, why do you need to keep reading it?
Anyway…
The “Read From Spreadsheet File.vi” preformed an Open and a Close for each time it is called (if you will open the VI up and drill down and you will see). So that resets the file pointer back to the beginning and there for will read in the whole file from the first to the last each time if you do not set the start of read offset or number of rows.
Now the Read from Binary File does not reset the file pointer and leaves the file pointer just past the last byte read so it will start with any new bytes automaicly only giving you the new data.
I do not think you need to do the math with the Previous EOF=0 and the File size to get what I think you are trying to do.
Plus use shift reg for the Data string instead of local var
Set the mechinacl action of the stop botton to Latched
So you do not need to init the two controls
Also, I do not get the End of file encountered error (4) from the Read from Binary file if I attempt to read past. It just returns and empty string.

I only have access to one my adress books. The other adress books are in use when making an e-mail, but I can not switch between adressbooks in other to edit.

2nd gen ipod shuffle will charge with one computer (vista) but not the other computer (windows 8). Please help!

My 2nd gen ipod shuffle will charge on my old vitsta computer but not my new windows 8 computer. Does anyone know why that might be? The new computer recognizes the ipod and I can see everything on it, change settings, etc. it just won't charge. Is there a reason as to why this should be happening?

shuffle. I am running the very latest version of OS X
and iTunes on an iBook G3 600 mhz with the slower USB

I have XP on one machine and 7 on the other. Firefox 8 works perfectly on XP but my other machine is a disaster. I can not access the add ons at all and everything is gone: too many tabs-roboform whatever?????????????????

It seems that the upgrade has destroyed the entire firefox experience. What is also strange is that the desktop image is coming through the top of the Firefox page.

Jon already touched on this, but to use your "new" network, without NAT, the subnet needs to be "known".
With NAT, you can place multiple hosts behind one (or several) IPs on your existing subnet. I.e. you new subnet doesn't need to be known. (In fact, you could use any subnet you want.)
The reason the Linksys worked well yet the 2600 did not, "Enterprise" class routers generally don't handle PAT as well many consumer class routers. (NB: True NAT would probably work just fine, but what you need is to overload an IP, i.e. PAT). So, many applications won't work. (NB: I believe newer IOS versions do better, though.)
Many small Cisco Enterprise class routers, especially those from two generatations ago, were designed for "slow" WAN links, like single T1s or partial T1s, or perhaps for a few Mbps DSL. If your link has more bandwidth the router may not have the performance to support it effectively.
