I have windows 7. I tunes 12.1 was downloaded today. I burned one album (worked fine) and now it is saying "Disc Burner or software not found" - does anyone know what to do? I burned a cd earlier and it was fine!

Unfortunately yes, though technology would never move on if it kept to older standards and did not strive to do more.
The app store always gives you the option to use a previous version of the app IF it is available for your device.

Hi all,
For some time now, my appstore app shows an update available for CodeBox, which I did not buy. When I try to update it it asks for my ID and password (all normal), but then it gives an Unknown Error.
I am 100% sure I didn't buy the app, I do not see any transaction on my card or in the appstore apart of this one, so does not seem to be a hack.
Does anyone know what is happening, this is a tricky thing which is making me lose trust in the payment/account system that Apple is using.

Try to sign out of iTunes and sign back in, that usually fixes authentication problems.

WWith the new ios7, I became frustrated in using my iPad3..I'm using Skype as my main communications with my love ones back home,now it seems that ios7 doesn't help me a lot for I'm having trouble with my audio communication coz my family can't hear anything from me.. My skype doesn't have any options or settings that I can check with to see if I can fix it...I need help...please if any of u knows how to fix it..I would greatly appreciate it...
You can try removing app then reinstalling. If that doesn't work
Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends this only if you are unable to restart it.
Or if this doesn't work and nobody else on the blog doesn't have a better idea you can contact Apple.

I just updated to OS 10.9.1 and now my e-mail messages (I use gmail) only sit in my outbox. Has anyone solved this problem?
Yes closing Mail and reopening it does then allow the message to go out but I can clearly see that is going to be rather difficult with sending abut 20-30 emails a day! One observation is that it seems to happen more often with attachments.

There is nothing wrong with the OS update.
Delete ALL your email accounts.
Restart Playbook
Put the accounts back and ensure they are all set with PUSH ON. Manual (push off) will burn battery.
Similarly delete your wifi connections and add back when required.
Turn off wifi is not connected to wifi.
Any "hunting for connection" in email or wifi will burn up battery. -

A few days ago, I plugged my ipod touch into my computer to charge it, and also add new music I purchased. When I unplugged the USB cable ( I disconnected it from the ipod first, as I was told to do) I went to look through my music. There was a notification, I don't remember what it said verbatum, but the gist was "177 songs could not be properly synced onto your device". Now, I'm missing music from my itunes library. For example, I purchased two full albums from the same band, now over half the songs from the albums are just gone, they are no longer on my ipod or itunes. Does anyone know what happend, and/or how I can fix this? Please and thank you
P.S. This happend after installing itunes 6, I've noticed many other people are also having problems with it as wellCould be several things. Without more information like what was the wording of the error message I will not even guess.
