I spoke to a verizon representative today, and they sent me a text with order number and confirmation number, and Deliver by 09/21/12. Call them on monday. We spoke for about 5 min, I think they spoke longer than they should have. They are very tired from taking so many orders. . As long as you have your order # and conformation #. It has to say 9/21/12. They also know when you put the order in by your verizon #. If it says 9/21/12 you beat the rush hour, those were the exact words. They stated you will receive an email, and tracking number when it ships next week. I hope this helps everone.

Is there any way of getting back from a wrong clicked free trial to add my serial number correctly?

On purchasing a new imac I copied the apps across & on opening CS6 was requested to load serial numbers, through tiredness I added the seria; number from CS5.5 and therefore not recognised for the CS6, then when about to enter again through tiredness I must have clicked free trial and now have the CS6 in that format.
Is there any way of getting back to that initial box to load the correct numbers & get out of trial as although it works I need it set up correctly?

After you press download, check your Launchpad. The icon will show up with what looks like a white dot where you'd expect to see a progress bar. That white dot actually is the progress bar, as ML is a 4GB download and can take anywhere from 1 to 15 hours, depending on your connection speed. On the average 1.5Mbps economy connection, it will take about 7 hours to download.

Same here...plopped down >$2700 USD on a new Retina MBP a few weeks ago with the promise of a free upgrade to ML when it was released. Now, I have no doubts that I'll get the upgrade but I'm not crazy about having to wait behind scads of others who are shelling out a mere $20 bucks.
I was given the same 72 hour speech by Apple Customer Support. With my Up-To-Date claim reference number in hand, it seems like they would/could provide an instant turn-around to those of us who are excited/eager enough to call in.
Apple does a lot of things right but people...especially the clientele that gravitate toward Apple products...expect excellence across the board. It's like a "nearly" perfect date....beautiful night...best table in the restaurant...delicious dinner with a fabulous bottle of wine...your date is smokin' hot in a little black dress. On the way back to her place, she unbuckles her seatbelt and leans across with a hand towards your leg and then lets a gigantic, tear-demanding **** that makes you want to gag. The next day somebody asks, "How was your date?"

Won't receive any iCloud confirmation e-mail to verify my adress.

I've been trying to send the confirmation e-mail from the iCloud tab in system preferences several times, but I never get any e-mail. At first I thought it was something wrong with my mail app but I've talked to my web host and they said my e-mail server never recieved any e-mail at all.
Then I tried to connect an alternative e-mail(hotmail, that I never uses) to my Apple-ID and it woked fine to send an confirmation e-mail to that address, but of course I want to use my primary e-mail, that I've used for Apple-ID since I signed up.
Anyone who got a suggestion of what to do?

The iCloud Support page suggests that you close and reopen the iCloud System Preferences pane before logging in again.
If that doesn't work it sounds like there might be something amiss on Apple's end, particularly since the Apple ID verification page isn't working. It might be best to use the Contact Support link at the bottom left of the Apple - Support - Apple ID page.

See if the Disk is issuing any S.M.A.R.T errors in Disk Utility...

Open Activity Monitor in Applications>Utilities, select All Processes & sort on CPU%, any indications there?
How much RAM & free space do you have also, click on the Memory & Disk Usage Tabs.
Open Console in Utilities & see if there are any clues or repeating messages when this happens.
In the Memory tab of Activity Monitor, are there a lot of Pageouts?

My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to)

Under Network Preferences, select the WiFi
click on "Advanced..." button
Select the network you want to delete from the list and click on "-"
Click "Ok"
Click "Apply"
Well done ;-)
You may also want to delete the wireless key from Keychain.
Open Keychain, seach for the old wifi network name, slect it and click delete

Check your Adobe account online. If you registered the software when you first installed it then the serial number might be available there.
