There are no active subscriptions under the Adobe ID you used to post on the forum.
Please check if you signed up using a different Adobe ID/email address and sign in with these details to see any active plans and get assistance with cancellation via the support page - Cancel your membership or subscription | Creative Cloud

why i am not able to edit converted file from pdf to word. i am using windows 7 pro. i have tried to triple click the document but has no effect. grateful if anyone can assist.

Are you having the same trouble regardless of the file you've converted to Word?
How were the PDFs you're converting created (using what application)? You can tell by opening the PDFs in Reader and choosing File > Properties. Look for the document creator on that dialog box.

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

why Adobe have increased my cost for using photoshop from € 19 .99 to € 30.74 I'm still student, what I have to do to pay €19.99?

Make sure you have signed-in your iTunes and authorized the computer.
Go to iTunes menu EDIT > PREFERENCES > DEVICES tab and check the Box "Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically then OK.
As long as you don't sync your devices, iTunes will not wipe out music from your iPod. Now connect your iPod and do the Purchase transfer only. -

An iTunes gift card can only be redeemed once, you can't enter and redeem its code again. Since you redeemed the card you haven't bought anything (including IAPs and auto-renewing subscriptions), and your account doesn't show a balance ? You've tried logging out and back into your account and seeing if it shows then ?
My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my iOS devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to). If the balance is zero then it might not be shown. -

I am trying to make a purchase and want to use my Apple ID Balance and NOT charge the debit card under my account info. How do I do this?
As far as I'm aware iTunes always charges the account balance first and when this expires charges any remaining amount to your credit/debit card. The one exception I am aware of (though there could be others) is that Apps purchased from the Canadian store must always be charged to a card rather than a gift card voucher balance due to local legislation.
