I installed Adobe Web and Design Preium CS6 on windows 8.1, but when I open the program the size of the menus and tools are so tiny. It is not like that for Acrobat, but all the other programs. Is there a fix for this?

Thanks for the help. I installed CC and it fixed everything but Photoshop. I guess I will have to use my old laptop for images until Adobe fixes the problem. Do you know of a place where we can send issues like these to Adobe?

I have purchased Adobe Web Premium CS5.5 as a Student version.
Currently I run it on a Windows 7 PC.
I want to buy a new notebook and wonder whether it is possible to install my Adobe Web Premium CS 5.5 on a Windows 8 PC?
Alternatively, is it possible to use my Adobe Web Premium CS 5.5 on a MAC?

This is why I have contacted you. So there is no better answer than “Try it”? Does it work on an average Windows 8 computer? Which system constraints need to be regarded?
As I have not bought the new computer, I could pay attention to any system constraints that could endanger the installation of Adobe Web Premium Cs 5.5.

In order to sign out of your iCloud account that had a ID change, you would need to change the account back to the original. The reason for that is probably due to the Find my device feature and it needs to verify and if that iCloud account does not exist because of the name change and you cannot sign out. Changing it back is pretty easy and should not ask you to verify but once you change it and sign out, you can change it back to what you want it to be. Take a look at the article below to walk you through this.

Make sure Readr is closed. Go to the Applications form, look for the Adobe Reader icon, double click on it, and follow the lead. Restart Reader when finished.

I see how to change the size after the document is open by going to File/properties/initial view and saving this setting. I want all documents to open at 100% when they are first opened. Can I set this as a default view?

Hey Kris,
You might go to Edit> Preferences> Zoom
Do this without opening any particular PDF so that it applies to the program itself and not just one document.
Try this and then let me know.

After multiple installations of iTunes it can be frustrating when the issue isnt resolved. I was able to locate the following knowledge base article that specifically addresses the "Error 7" you are recieving.

The Resolution section has different steps depending on what version of the Windows Operating System you're using. Since it can be a bad installation of these Windows files, pay close attention to the instructions on repairing if the file already exhists.

Exact same problem with my 2010 MBP 2.4ghz 4gb ram 10.6.8. iTunes said update was needed, Software Update ran with various updates including a security update, truthfully didn't pay much attention, I always install the Apple updates. After the restart it took 3-4 times longer than normal to get to the login screen, same to get to the desktop but I'm familiar with that occurring on update restarts. Unfortunately it got worse from there. Performed a full shutdown and startup. Same long boot. After the desktop finally loads every mouse button press received a 2 minute beachball. I use menu-meters and both processors are under 10%. Waited a few minutes for disk utilities to launch, repair permissions estimates 3 hours for a typical <10 minute process. Activity monitor shows nothing over 10% CPU most of the time however ReportCrash pops to the top often. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. BTW zero problems until this update.
