I installed or updated to iCloud Control Panel 2.0 or later for Windows and signed in, but when I go to iCloud Photos I see a message that it's not enabled. I go to the iCloud Control Panel won't allow a ck mark to be put, pls help!
I went to the ICloud Control Panel 2.1 to enable iCloud photos, the area to put a ck mark is grayed out and won't let me enable it.
This is on my HP desktop Windows 7. I have iphone 5 and newset iPad that do fine on iCloud.
Please help me to get my iCloud photos enabled on my desktop.

You might not have the plugin for Firefox installed. Adobe has two different versions of Flash - one for Internet Explorer and another for Firefox. Internet Explorer uses ActiveX. You can check if Firefox has the plugin by going to:
* Tools > Add-ons > Plugins, or
* [Image: New Fx Menu] > Add-ons > Plugins
In Firefox, go to this link and Adobe should give you right correct installer:

That one is often a compatibility mode problem. Try the following document, only be sure that none of the boxes in the compatibility mode tab are checked (not just the compatibility mode box itself):

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

How do I download a movie to my iphone 3G? When I click 'rent' in itunes, I get a message that there is not enough available local storage, but I can manage storage on my device in 'Settings'. I always do my Rentals with the itunes program on the computer.
Make rental from itunes store. It will show in movies under library, DO NOT click to play it. Plug in the device to the computer. Click the name of the device on left. Click on movies. There is an option to copy to the device. Sync. obviously you still need space on ipad to put rental but you can have it take computers hard drive space until you need it. -
iTunes Match info says"With iTunes Match, you can download some or all of your music directly from iCloud on a total of up to 10 devices and computers." but when I try to add a computer it tells me i have reached my maximum of 5 computers.
You have old computers authorized that you are no longer using more than likely.

I'm stuck on activation for imessage, I sign in but when it goes to verify email it gets stuck. The situation now is that the email verification screen for iMessages is not letting me access my regular msgs. Imessage has blocked my regular messages. I can only see msgs in notifications. Even in contacts the option for message contact has vanished. The phone is just stuck on the verify email screen and my mail is already verified by appleid. iv tried multiple working iTunes accounts but still no go.
Reset the phone (no data loss): press both the home and power buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasing when the Apple logo appears.

We can set up a task that works on demand but when we go to continuous sampleing we see Error -200303, which claims an external sample clock source must be specified for this application. However, some of the NI linear encoder example code doesn't show that (uses the cDAQ 80 Mhz clock) and the documentation didn't mention that.
It's mentioned in the 918x user manual:
Unlike analog input, analog output, digital input, and digital output, the cDAQ chassis counters do not have the ability to divide down a timebase to produce an internal counter sample clock. For sample clocked operations, an external signal must be provided to supply a clock source. The source can be any of the following signals:
AI Sample Clock
AI Start Trigger
AI Reference Trigger
AO Sample Clock
DI Sample Clock
DI Start Trigger
DO Sample Clock
CTR n Internal Output
Freq Out
PFI
Change Detection Event
Analog Comparison Event
Assuming you have at least one available counter (there are 4 on the backplane), I would suggest to configure a continuous counter output task and use its internal output as the sample clock. Specify the internal counter using an "_" for example "cDAQ1/_ctr0". The terminal to use for the sample clock source would be for example "/cDAQ1/Ctr0InternalOutput".
Which example uses the 80 MHz timebase as a sample clock? It is far too fast for a sample clock on the 9188 according to the throughput benchmarks (80 MHz * 4 byte samples = 320 MB/s). There is also no direct route between the 80 MHz timebase and the sample clock terminal for the counters--making this route would use a second counter anyway.

So, my Iphone 3G randomly stopped working on me tonight when I tried to log out of facebook. I went to update it on my computer, but it says it needs an internet connection to restore...and my computer doesn't connect to the internet anymore. I went to restore it on my roommates iMac, but as it was just about finished I got error message 1015. Please help me! I really don't have money for a new phone right now!!

I got my iphone last year and It was working just fine until June of this year and I didn't notice it until I tried plugging my iphone into my computer to get more songs on it. Error message came up saying that it was unable to backup iphone because an error occurred. So I did some research and tried to delete old backups and restore to the last one. After all that it still won't back up and some of my apps just don't work, thought the new ios would help but it did not. Everything works fine its just that I want to be able to back my phone up and I haven't been able to sync June. Any help would be appreciated.For your computer first get iTunes to see it by:

well as the title says i have a 500gb hard drive with 2 partitions one with time machine and one for files it worked perefectly until yesterday only the time machine partition appeared in finder, i checked disk utility and both partitions appeared but the one for files appeared in grey and when i press mount an error comes up.
The repair shop likely replaced a major circuit board on your MacBook Pro, so Time Machine thinks that you have a "new" computer and it wants to make a new complete backup of your Mac.
You are going to have to make a decision to either add another new Time Capsule....or USB drive to your existing Time Capsule....and in effect start over with a new backup of your Mac and then move forward again.
For "most" users, I think this is probably the best plan because you preserve all your old backups in case you need them at some point, and you start over again with a new Time Capsule so you have plenty of room for years of new backups.
Or, as you have mentioned, you have the option of erasing the Time Capsule drive and starting all over again. The upside is that you start over and have plenty of room for new backups. The downside is that you lose years of backups.
Another option....trying to manually delete old backups individually....is tricky business....and very time consuming. To get an idea of what is involved here, study this FAQ by Pondini, our resident Time Capsule and Time Machine expert on the Community Support area. In particular, study the pink box.

Once you look through this, I think you may agree that this type of surgery is not for the faint of heart. I would suggest that you consider this only if one of the other options just cannot work for you. -
