If you want to delete an app forever.
1st delete the app on your iPad and on any other iOS devices.
2nd delete the app from iTunes on your PC.

Restore, if iTunes will let you. Everything except the password will be restored. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. Be forewarned that it takes a long time. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore and you have IOS-6 or lower, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. If you have IOS-7, read this. -
I deleted Pages from icloud on my iphone. the next time i was on my ipad it flashed and all of the files disappeared. did i deleted them from icould without realizing it? are they gone forever or is there a way to restore them?

If you mean you deleted the files from Pages on your phone whilst using iCloud, then yes they will disappear from Pages on your iPad too.
If you simply deleted the app from your phone, if you were using iCloud then they should not have disappeared from your iPad.

i was using my bros account for icloud, he changed & forgot the pass now i want to sign out & put mine but i'm not able to do that and he couldnt recover bcz he did it long time ago and apple support are not sending a recovery email to his email... what shall i do now to sign out?

Should have happened long time ago but deprecated idle-timeout-minutes in Servlet-based streaming channels and introduced connection-idle-timeout-minutes. This way both Servlet-based and NIO-based channels have consistent timeout config.

And how are you spawning the php instances? I don't see that in the daemons array anywhere.
EDIT: It looks like the info in that page is no longer using pre-spawned instances, but lighttpd adaptive-spawn. The documentation has been made inconsistent it looks like.
You will note that with pre-spawned information, the config looks different[1].
You need to do one or the other, not both (eg. choose adaptive-spawn, or pre-spawn..not both).

Touch or tap the field that you want to use/select and it should get a box around it ; then double-tap that field to activate/type it. Once you've entered your password you can do the same (i.e. touch to select, double-tap to activate) to gradually get into Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver and turn it off.
So to enter your passcode you first need to tap the 'slide to unlock' button to highlight it (it should get a box around it), then double-tap it to unlock it. Then for your passcode tap the digit that you want and it should get a box around it; then double-tap that digit to type it; and similar for the other three digits in your passcode.
The manual (http://support.apple.com/manuals/#ipad) also says that you should be able to switch voice-over off by connecting to your computer's iTunes :
Turn VoiceOver on or off in iTunes: Select iPad in the iTunes sidebar. In the Options section of the Summary pane, click Configure Universal Access. Select VoiceOver, then click OK.
So select Configure Universal Access at the bottom of the Summary tab and set Seeing to Neither -

You need to restore your iPod. Usually restoring from backup works.

Where did all my apps go?
Yeap, it's another of those "undocumented features" from the Apple cult. The same thing happened to me even though I backed up to iTunes before upgrading. I lost everything... apps, music, podcasts and ebooks.
You'll have to reinstall all your missing apps from the app store. But, don't worry. It's free. It remembers that you bought them. You can even look up past purchases to verify what you bought. (I don't know how far you can go back since I only bought my iPad last month.) The pain is that you have to load them individually.
I also had to separately reload all my music, podcasts and ebooks, which I acquired prior to buying my iPad.
It goes to show that the one area in which Apple really beats out Microsoft, is their hype.
Even so, the iPad is great. -

how can I fix this? all my apps disappeared! i tried restarting, location, network, unplugging, fixing HDMI....all brings me back to two apps on the front.

Assuming this is not the first time you have used your Apple TV
You might try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Also try restarting the router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
If the problem persists, try a restore, you may want to try the previous procedures several times before doing this.
If restoring from the Apple TV doesn't help, try restoring from iTunes using a USB cable.
If this is a new Apple TV, in addition to trying the above, it may also be that your network router is not allowing access to the timeserver, check that your router allows access over port 123. -
Bought a student edition, so the serial number was sent through after confirmation process. I just upgraded my laptop and want to install the product. My new computer has no disk drive so I have downloaded CS4. My previous laptop was damaged a while ago and so I have not been using my Adobe account for some time. I now want to find my serial number to activate CS4 and I can't see it anywhere or find an easy way of contacting Adobe. Help.

I have an ipad 2 WiFi. I was in the hospital having surgery and forgot my password. I tried several times but couldn't get it. I ended up disabling my ipad. There are important pics n notes in there that I need. How can I get back into it without using iTunes (because I bought it second hand, off ebay) and without losing all my saved items. If it's disabled then it's too late to copy any content off it or to take a new backup, you will have to reset it back to factory defaults by connecting it to a computer's iTunes : Forgot passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
Have you been backing up to the cloud ? If you have then after resetting it back to factory defaults you can restore to that backup : Back up and restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iCloud or iTunes - Apple Support
If you bought it second hand then had the previous user removed their account from Settings > iCloud (and had Find My iPad enabled) on it ? If not and the iPad is on iOS 7+ then you will have to contact the previous owner to reactivate the iPad after resetting it : Find My iPhone Activation Lock: Removing a device from a previous owner’s account - Apple Support -

I purchased a new iphone 5 S yesterday, and when i wanted to purchase one of the apps it required confirmation to the secuirity questions- which i do not remember!
I Tried to logg in to my apple Id to receive a reset to the secuirity questions, however it is linked to an old email that no longer exist !
