I just bought Creative Cloud Photography Plan and it doesn't work?

So I just bought the CC photography plan and when I click the download now button it re-directs to a failed to open page....  Why?

We can't know. We know nothing about your system, your browser, your Internet configuration and so on. Something on your end is blocking stuff and causing this.

    From what I understand, the serials don't work when input into the trial version. You'll have to uninstall the trial and download and install the program to get the serial number to be accepted.

  • Creative Cloud Photography Plan only works in Trial Mode?

    Hello everyone,
    I bought Creative Cloud Photography Plan for a year and paid for it. I use a mac so i downloaded Creative Cloud app for Mac.
    Donwloaded Photoshop CC and Lightrom 5 (Which are included in Creative Cloud Photography Plan) but i can only run them in trial mode.
    Don't Creative Cloud Photography Plan include to rights to use this programs or do i have to buy licences for them anyway?
    Because i didn't think that i am going to need the licenses, i thought that just the Creative Cloud Photography Plan is enough to use them.
    Does anybody know anything about that?

    I just purchased Creative Cloud Photography plan, but I can not open my photoshop program, I didn't notice that I should wait about 15 minutes to get the subscription works.
    So I purchase again the same subscription. Now I have double subscription for Creative Cloud Photography plan. I want to cancel one.
    Anyone can hel how to do this?

    Its settled now, and i already charged double for same software.
    I call the customer support, send them a message many times, and my request status is WITHDRAWN because
    "Your support case was cancelled because we did not receive a response
    from you"
    How come you guys cant solve this kind of problem?

  • How to get plugin file for After Effects CC 2014 (just bought creative cloud)

    I just bought Creative Cloud, installed it, and then went to the Adobe site to install After Effects, since I couldn't find a way to do this on the CC menu. I have Mac OSx. I downloaded the After Effects CC 2014 app and it installed it onto my desktop. So when I go to applications>adobe there is no After Effects file and no plugins. And in the menu within After Effects there is no listing of the Effects & presets. I tried searching various things like "curves" and nothing showed up except for "contents"......any idea on how to solve this?

    If you are telling us that you could not find After Effects in the Creative Cloud app then your system does not meet the minimum system requirements. If you somehow found a disk image and managed to run it and it gave you the option to choose Desktop when installing then you probably don't have a light copy of CC 2014, because it should only be installed using the CC app. Mac OSx tells us nothing. You could be on Lion, or Leopard, or Mountain Lion or even something else.
    Tell us more about your system, show us what you get when and if you get AE to launch (sounds like you're looking inside the disk image for an app and it's not there), and give us the exact steps or error messages that you are seeing when you try and launch AE. BTW, plug-ins are only accessible from inside the timeline or the comp window when the App is running.
