I just bought MS Office Home and Student 2010 to replace Starter version but I can't find it and Starter is still there.
I have an HP Pavilion g7-1070us Notebook PC Running Windows 7. I came with Office Starter preloaded. Today I bought Office Home and Student 2010 and downloaded it online (or so I think). Now I can't find the 2010 version and the Starter version is still on my computer just as before. I contacted MicroSoft online and they suggested I either I install Internet Explored 9 or contact my browser (Foxfire) for help.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like the function to reseize the Font in an iBook is not functioning properly.
I recommend a few things here. First close all the apps that are running in the background:
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.

When you have done that, restart the phone, and try again.

2. Check for app updates
You can setup apps to update automatically in Settings > iTunes & App Store, but make sure that your apps are up to date:
Open the App Store and tap Updates. If updates are available, tap Update All.
If prompted, enter your iTunes Store account information. App Store will then download and install the app updates.
Note: Some apps may require a Wi-Fi connection to update.
3. Install another app from the App Store
If none of your user-installed apps will launch, there could be an issue with Apple ID authorization. Download and install an app that isn't already installed on your device to reset this information. You can also remove an app from your iOS device and download it again from the App Store or sync the app from your computer.Note: If you have installed apps using multiple Apple ID accounts, you may need to perform this step for each account.
4. Restart the app
If the issue affects only a single app, try closing just that app.
5. Restart your device
Turn the device off and on.
6. Reinstall the affected app
Remove the app from your device and reinstall it:
Tap and hold any app icon on the Home Screen until the icons start to wiggle and show a small "x" in the top-right corner of the app.
Tap the "x" in the corner of the app you want to delete.
Tap Delete to remove the app and all of its data from your device.
Press the Home button.
Go to the App Store.
Search for the app and then download it again.

If you still have the receipt or other proof of purchase, you can ask Apple to send you the serial. Otherwise, bad luck mate.. Good news is, you can now buy Logic Pro 9 from App Store for just 199 USD

I am getting message from MacPro that my start up disc is full - but I can't find this "start up disc" and can't figure out what to do to help situation. I've been making a number of imovies, which generates junk files and material that I should toss in the trash, but it is not clear to me what items I can toss and which items I can't toss. Can you help? Using the imovie "help" support the system showed me under the menu item "go" where the "start up disc" should be - but that wasn't actually available on my menu! Thanks for your help!

I downloaded Lightroom 5 on a second computer (desktop), but during installation I seen to have it got mixed up with CC which I don't want to engage in now. Now "Desktop has been deactivated..." and would I please renew membership... BUT I CAN'T FIND A DIALOG BOX IN WHICH TO PUT MY SERIAL NUMBER.

Shows flash player is installing, but then can't find it and it won't work. Help please
Hello. My flash playe worked just fine until this morning. I turned my computer on, went to a facebook app., and got a message "if doesn't load in the next 10 seconds, upgrade flash by clicking here" which brought me to adobe I have an Acer laptop, and am running Internet Explorer 7.
I've done everything I can, but can't get flash player to work. I've uninstalled, re-booted, re-installed, re-booted. I've made sure my security zones are on medium, I've temporarity disabled my virus protection program while uninstalling and installing. I've went under tools, manage add ons, to enable it, but the only adobe add-on listed is adobe PDF link helper and it's enabled. I've checked to make sure Java script is enabled, I've made sure I have the 32 bit browser, I've done everything I could find to do (I've worked on this for hours today).
When I click to download from adobe site, it shows it installing without a problem, goes all the way through, shows done, then shows to close download manager. If I go through control panel to 'uninstall programs' adobe flash is listed. If I go through start, adobe flash is not listed in my programs and does not come up when I search under start.
So, from I can find, I can download and install it, but then it's not there and doesn't work. Please Help. I've struggled with this all day, and it's very frustrating, and the only way to reach adobe is to pay $39 for a phone call. I really need help on this, it would be very much appreciated. I ran a disc cleanup, then I went in under internet options and deleted the cookies and such. I got rid of the uninstall and install programs I had in the download folder but still have the ones on the desktop.
I went to Windows/System32- but I don't have a Macromed folder there. I have one under the SysWOW64 folder though, a Macromed folder, with a Flash folder under it, with files uner it:
Flash10l.ocx- ActiveX control,
FlashInstall- Text document,
FlashUtil10l_ActiveX.dll- Application extension,
FlashUtil10l_ActiveX- Application (with a red file by it, and it opens the uninstall program), and
install- Text Document.
The two text documents say they were created last year, but the other three say they were created today.
And like I said, these are under the SysWOW64 folder. The System32 folder does not have a Macromed folder under it at all, and instead of being in alphabetical order from top to bottom, they start with Z and the A's are at the bottom, if that means anything. I called my frienfd and had her check her computer step by step as I did mine, and hers doesn't have a Macromed under the System32 folder either, but does the SysWOW64 file, and it has the same files I do, except two of the first one, the Flash10l.ocx, but with different dates on it.
I ran my virus scan, avast, and it didn't find anything. I did close the browsers to run the Window Defender and Malwarebytes, and tried it again a few minutes ago, and they are still saying they find nothing. The malwarebytes found 7 things this morning when I ran it, but hasn't found anything since. -

Ainsi, quand je travaille sur un document, je ne suis pas ralenti par Autosave.

There are a lot of benefits to running the latest version of Firefox. You should consider [http://input.mozilla.com/en-US/feedback leaving feedback] for the developers so that they can continue to improve the product. If you are just having trouble finding things, you go to ''Firefox > Options > Menu bar''. This will give you a more familiar feel by enabling all of the menu items you are used to. You should also check out this article on [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/common-questions-after-upgrading-firefox-36 common questions after upgrading]. It will explain all of the UI changes. Everything is still there, it's just been moved around a bit.
If you still want to roll back to a previous version of Firefox, just take a look at the Knowledge Base article [[Installing a previous version of Firefox]].

I changed my I phone 4 . For some how I can't find my latest photos from my iCloud the only pictures I that I got is from 2012
Could some one give me an advise where to find them from as they were saved in stream photoPhoto stream only saves you photos from the last 30 days. Older photos are deleted from photo stream even though they will remain on your device. However, if you connect a new device to your photo stream, then will only receive the photos from the last 30 days as they others have been removed.
If you still have your old phone and the photos are in the camera roll, import them to your computer (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083), then sync them to your new phone. -
I've searched my entire Mac and can not find After Effects anywhere. So I go to download it. When I click download, my Creative Cloud opens up and next to After Effects it says up to date.
So, I fixed my own problem. Anyone else having the same problem follow these steps, they helped me.

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
However, you only can download the current version of app.
- For apps your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync. -
