I use SafeWallet after trying most of the apps in the market place. It's a bit expensive compared to most and you have to pay for the desktop application which sucks but the other apps were some cumbersome I knew I would never use them after the initial setup.
I'll add the normal caution of storing passwords in a non-protected text file but you probably know that

Lightroom supports this camera's RAW photos. Use Lightroom 5.7.1

Looking for DELL Webcam Central software and the webcam software updates

My laptop is DELL XPSM1530. I read that the webcam was made by Creative Technology.
Recently, I read in DELL.com that there is a software named DELL Webcam Central.
It was said that it can improve the camera performance.
I have looked for it in DELL.com but I did not found it and I also have looked it here but I got nothing.
Where can I get it? Is it the same as Webcam Manager / Webcam Central that has been installed in my laptop here?
And if it the same, where can I have the software updates?

You will stand a better chance getting in touch with Dell, the download site here does not offer the mentioned webcam software.

I just bought the apple tv. I have had an iPad 2 for a year.

I've updated everything, rebooted everything, including the router. Several times and in a bunch different orders. I unplugged everything. Plugged in the router and waited for it to boot. turned on apple tv and then ipad. I even turned off and kept off possible competing devices. Though I doubt my android is running interference.
Both devices are connected to the same network. I've checked to make sure that the router was to the recomended settings.

I recommend not spending too much time thinking. Pick up the 1.4x, and give it a try, it's peanuts compared to a 100-400II and 5d3. Yes, there are limitations and hurdles to extenders, but plenty of people use them with great results. There's only one way to find out if it works for you.

Absolutely not. You are misinterpreting things. The activation check never happens when just running the installer, only much later. It means what it says - there is another "install" pending/ active on your system, meaning somewhere there is an (invisible) process still blocking things. Either way, since you haven't provided any real technical info, we can't advise specifically. if you are on Windows, you may want to check your task manager and terminate any setup.exe and msiexec.exe processes plus potentially may need to manually fix/ delete some registry keys. For anything beyond that you will have to be much more specific.

You need a Firewire cable to run between the two Macs. Using Utility>Migration Assistant running on your new MacBook Pro, transfer what you want (with all the preferences and such) from your MacBook to your MBP. Here's more info from Apple.
You might have an issue with the Serial number for Office, but hopefully you have that around.

When it first opened it had a page come up over the apps with free apps that you could download to the iPad. I clicked on the not now button, thinking it would reappear after closing and re-opening the app store, but it did not. How do you get this back so that I can have the opportunity of checking the apps out?

I opened iPhoto and it opened as if I just bought the computer. Where are all my photos and how do I get them back? Luckily for the most part, I backed up photos on my flash drive, but I had just imported dozens of pictures from my phone. I reopen iPhoto soon after and the prompt asking how I would like to start iPhoto and all came up. I selected what brought me to the iPhoto I open up to every day only without any pictures.

Are you in the correct account that contains the iPhoto Library?
Did you ever move your iPhoto Library to an external drive? If so, and you disconnect this drive, iPhoto will create a new blank one in the pictures folder.
Check your computer to see if the "iPhoto Library" was accidently moved to the trash.
If you still can't locate your images, launch finder, and select "all images" in the source column. This will display all images on your computer. Be carefull not to delete, move or modify the images you see in this manner, as it will cause issues with good iPhoto Libraries, however it may help us locate where the images are.
Once you locate an image, click it once, then in the top menu bar, select "view / show path". This will display it's location along the bottom of the finder window.
Once you know where the image is, this should help you launch iPhoto to the correct library.

You can right click the tab and choose "Close Tab" to close a tab.
Some menu entries are hidden by default and only appear if you use the keyboard to open the menu.
You can see the difference if you use Alt+F or Alt+B to open the "File" and "Bookmarks" menu and compare that to what you see if you use the mouse to open the menu after you have made the menu bar visible by pressing Alt or by pressing F10.
Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.

In that case... Install it on your New Mac using the Disc(s) and have all your Serial Numbers handy in case you are asked for them during the Install.
After the successful install... run Software Update to get any and all Updates... Then Restart your Mac and you should be good to go.
PS:
Make sure your MBPr is connected to the Mains for this Long process...
