I just downloaded ios7 and the control panel doesnt work no matter how many times i swipe from the  bottom. help please!

so i downloaded ios7, waited, and everything seems fine and dandy. except for the fact that i cant access the control panel. i tried swiping for hours, i googled solutions, tried figuring it out myself, but nothing is working. my orientation screen is locked. if that matters? so can someone please tell me what i should do? thank you!

    if the material don't state there is subtitles in your language it don't include it
    and if will only show subtitles if the language you choose in the atv settings so if you have it set to french
    and the material only have subtitles in English and not french they will not display

    Hi. Whenever I want to upload a picture or a file, no matter how many times I press the "Upload" or "Browse" button, nothing happens. I can keep spam clicking on it and it wouldn't do anything. This is not specific to a site, but happens everywhere. Dragging and dropping files works on Facebook and Imgur, but not all websites support this. I'm using Firefox 31.0 on Windows 8.1. Yes, I have tried restarting Firefox and computer, this has been happening for a while now. Thanks.

    Try to delete the MRU (Most Recently Used) ComDlg32 registry keys with the registry editor (regedit.exe).
    Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ComDlg32
    Delete the subkeys (LastVisitedPidlMRU and OpenSavePidlMRU)
    Be cautious with editing the registry as there is no Undo possible: all changes are applied immediately.

  • HT5654 I just upgraded to the latest operating system, but it is hung up, no matter how many times I page through the options and hit agree it won't go past the agree/disagree page.

    As the title says, my iTunes just updated. So it asked to update my iPhone operating system. I'm logged in but no matter how many pages I link through or page through it won't accept "agree" and move on.  Now I can't do anything with the phone.

    It randomly decided to start working after three hours, nevermind.

    I do not have an Apple computer,  I have had Itunes previously but had not used it for some time,  I have Itunes gift cards but can not get ,on to use them.  I have tried to download Itunes again but the following keeps poping up, "The Itunes library is locked on a locked disc, oryou do not have write permission for this file."  How can I overcome this?

    To solve this issue all I did was check to ensure that the file permissions were set as described by the earlier posts, followed by simply deleting the iTunes Library Genius.itdb file.  Once the file was deleted I was able to open iTunes without difficulty.  Note that I am running Windows 8.  Hope this helps!

    10.5.8 is Leopard, not Snow Leopard. Leopard ran on both PPC and Intel Macs, but Snow Leopard runs only on Intel Macs. iTunes 11 will run on Snow Leopard, though I'm not sure whether iOS7 requires a higher system (Apple seem to specify only itunes 11 and not an OSX system so you may be OK). However if your Mac is a PPC you cannot proceed; if it's an Intel one you can purchase Snow Leopard in the Online Store (search for Snow Leopard to find it quickly) - it's not expensive. It's not possible to roll your phone back to iOS6.

    1.spotlight search isn't doing anything. Literally not searching anything. Just a plain search bar

    3. iTunes just crashes when I go on it so I can't download any of my music.
    I've tried resetting, rebooting etc.
    Kinda wish I hadn't upgraded to this software as I need my pad working for uni.
    Any way to fix these things or back to the shop it goes. I'd rather have my money back than keep something that isn't doing what it's supposed to do.

    Using what version of which browser?
    iCloud.com requires Safari 6 or later, Firefox 22 or later, or Google Chrome 28 or later. Have you tried all of those?
    If you have, have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies?
    For the first tine since 1989 I'm thinking about buying a PC.
    You'd have exactly the same problems on an 8 year old PC too. It's a bit unreasonable to expect such an old Mac to continue to be compatible as software is constantly updated.
    Saying that, I'm still able to access iCloud.com successfully in Safari v5.0.6 on a PowerPC Mac running Mac OS X 10.5.8, so the problem you're having is likely to be a browser issue, not something inherently wrong with the computer.
    Since all this crap started, Mail won't download my Mac.com or me.com email.
    The iCloud.com website is totally unconnected to Mail's ability to download email via IMAP. Have you checked the mail server settings are correctly setup and up-to-date?

    I tried hard reset on my iPhone. I tried restarting laptop and iPhone. I tried a different laptop. I tried removing driver and reinstalling from Device Manager but did not find a driver other than "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver" under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" which I heard shouldn't be uninstalled.
    Anything I haven't tried?

    Are you seeing your music listed in the iPod screen, or in Win explorer as in your earlier post?
    I can see all the songs in my Edrive>al's Ipod> Ipod Control> Music folder.
    A corrupted iPod database, will report zero music used, and have your music size reported as others, so you wont see the music in the iPod screen. Sorry, I thought there was some hope for you with iPodAccess, in recovery of the corrupted iPod database with your ratings.
    You can try to borrow and  use the Mac Disk Utility ->First Aid ->Repair.
    Of course, if your iPod Hardisk is in a bad state, from the Disk Diagnostic report, then all my suggestion are futile.
