I just got ipod touch and it wont go on wifi. i put in password of our home (and i have done this with my iphone and ipad with no problems) and it just keeps spinning on this new i pod touch
my wifi just keeps spinning dosnt seem to connect

My children just got iPods touch. I registered them on my account so they can have acces to my I tunes Acc. Now they have all my list of contacts receive my messages have my music my pics, also when they install an app like pandora they have all my stations, things that they don't want. How can I fix this.
As for iMessage, you do Settings -> Messages (scroll down) -> where it says iMessage, turn the switch to off.
As for pictures, you do Settings -> iCloud -> Photo Stream -> My Photo Stream -> turn switch off.
As for apps, you do Settings -> iTunes & App Stores (scroll down alot) -> Music, Apps, Books are all swtiched off.
If you want to the delete the music, you go onto the music app and slide your finger from right to left on the song. -

I want to transfer my photos from the PC (windows explorer) to my Ipad. The problem is that a keep my photos in different categories and they are in one large folder and several subfolders (2 or 3 levels of subfolders).When I sent it to the Ipad, it just respect the first level of folder. After the first subfolder, all the photos are mixed. Any idea how to keep my original organization just transferring from PC to the Ipad (folder having a subfolder also having another subfolder)?

DiogoThe Photos app doesn't currently support subfolders, it only has the one level of folder/album. You will either need to change your folder structure on your computer to be just one level, see if there is a third-party photo app in the store that copes with subfolders, or just make do. Mac Book Pro just got it, all was well for 2 weeks now Finder window does not fill whole screen, there is an 1 1/2" space of black on the right side and the Finder window had a 1" section that flipped like a rolling tv now it is a white bar! Help!

Wifi working on 1 iPad and iPhone but not on another IPad (same model). All posted fixes tried with no help. The iPad recognizes the network but the wheel keeps spinning. Any help is greatly appreciated.
first step would be reboot

Just got home with new i pod touch (apple swapped out my 2 month old unit due to constant screen freezes). Heard lots of crackling sounds, played a you tube video that was full of static and today there is no sound at all. I lost all my contacts on my iPhone. Facebook contacts integration is turned off. When I got to know that I have no contacts on my iPhone. I checked my settings and iCloud backup and contacts on iCloud (in settings) were off.

Your son needs his own Apple ID for iCloud, FaceTime & iMessage. He can continue to use yours for iTunes content, but for everything else, he needs his own.
When you did what you did, as far as iCloud knows, this is the same person with multiple devices, and that's they way things are supposed to work: keep everything in sync. -
I just bought an iPhone 4 a few weeks back. I tried to delete their icloud account, and add mine but it's asking for a password to delete it. I have no way to get in contact with them. Is there any way around it?
There's no way around it. The former owner needs to erase the phone and remove it from their account as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515. No one else can help with this, including Apple.

My Iphone 5 home button keeps pressing itself but stops if put pressure on the bottom of the screen on each side of the home button, i have noticed that there is a screw missing on the right side of the lightning port could this be the issue??

ipod nano 3rd gen unit windows xp. Nano is locked, though never have done a manual lock on it. Screen is lit and lock button shows. Have latest itunes, but nothing syncs. Have done everything on supports pages including toggle hold button, etc. Screen stays locked. Help please.
Sounds like the hold switch is broken, meaning you'll need to have your iPod serviced/replaced either by Apple or a third party repair company.
