I have had this same problem since uprading to 10.5.1. I just checked 10.5.2 and it's still broken.
Are you behind a proxy server that requires authenication? I am and I was fine with 10.5.1 until I had to change my proxy server password.
Previous versions of iTunes used to prompt for new proxy credentials but the 10.5.x versions don't.

I want to erase my hard drive and reinstall lion server. Can someone help me out?
i have a mac mini running lion server. I want to erase all the date and start fresh. When i try to reinstall Lion it does not show anything about lion server but jut Lion. I want to make sure I do it properly. It is also asking me in which hard drive to install Lion but im unsure.
can someone help me out?Check in the app store under purchases both lion and server should show up there to download again.
No need to erase both drives for a clean install just the drive you are using for the OSX. Though if you are truly starting a fresh then erase and reformat both.
As for Upgrades. Yosemite is the only upgrade now available through the app store as is Server 4.0 for Yosemite. I have not tested the latest server yet and can not comment on it's reliability.
Any server you set up should be thoroughly tested on a closed network before going live.

place the device in pairing mode and re-pair.
If you don't know how to do this, go to the manufacturer's website and download the user guide for your device. -
My husband and I both have iPhones on the same account. When he did his update yesterday, he chose both his number and my number during set up. Now he is getting my messages, too. Can someone please help me fix this?
What do you mean he chose his and your number during setup. Chose them for what? Is you number showing up in the Settings>Messages>"You can be reached by imessage at" section? If it is he needs to remove it.

I received telling me that my icloud storage is almost full. I need to upgrade my storage. Can someone help me out with this. I understand that the 20 GB is only .99 per month. Apple Stores are not the only place to have Macs repaired. You can take your comp to your local AASP. First you should call AppleCare like the previous poster stated.

I try to redeem an iTunes GC and I get a "Session Has Timed Out" Message. The same thing happens when I try to download a song, after I'm taken to the SLA page. I sent Apple Support an email. They told me its software on my computer restricting access to my Internet Connection, but I haven't installed any new software since my last purchase from the iTunes Store. I tried restoring my iMac 27" slim. I followed the steps erased my data then to reinstall osx mavericks. Now that I'm trying to reinstall osx mavericks for whatever reason it doesn't completes. Can you help me out?
That's not quite the proper way as far as I can tell. Usually, one boots directly into the Recovery HD using COMMAND and R keys at startup. If you cannot do that then most likely there is a problem with the hard drive. Since this is a new computer i would make a Genius Appointment and take it in for service.

Well, assuming all of the above, Notifications, etc., it just might be time for a visit to the Apple tore genius center for a session with the techs. See if it is a fault in the hardware or just an iOS reinstall is the answer.
One more thing you could try, backup so you have a record of content, then restore to factory conditions be an Erase All Contents and Settings. Then restore from the backup you just made. That has helped some with WiFi problems, may be it would work with your problems.
But with that behavior of another app with problems, the geniuses looks like a less stressful thing to do.
