I keep getting a message that says invalid Id or password, I have changed the password many time and still cant transfer my book Help!!!
I downloaded a book to my computer when i go to transfer it to itunes i get a message that says Could not authorize this computer because either your user name or password are invalid. Help. I have changed the password and still the same message.
Ok....so I have found a work around....if not a complete solution.
I'm not sure if deleting your music, uninstalling ITunes and reinstalling and adding your music back will actually affect it but I tried it again. Started from scratch.
I checked the box for "Manually manage music and videos"
Then I moved my music to phone via drag and drop, usually just boxing a row of albums at a time.
I went back into my Iphone and began the sync. The message popped up, "1 Item could not be synced" and the sync stopped. At that point, I just clicked sync again and it started back up again. It took a few go's but eventually I got all my music on my phone.
Ironically enough, the only songs that wouldn't sync were songs that I had actually purchased from Itunes....kinda odd

I recently got an IPhone 6+ a few weeks ago. The 128 GB version. So far, I've loved it. I love the screen size, I love being able to put as much music and movies on it as I can. At least theoretically.
For whatever reason, I cannot sync and put music and movies on my phone. No matter what I do, what settings I change, or how many times I Google it, I keep getting a message that says
"1(Or just) Items failed to sync. Please see Itunes for more information"
Every time I try to sync my phone, I get this message. I have a library of 1300 songs and entire seasons of shows that play just fine through Itunes but for whatever reason will not sync to my phone. It doesn't matter if the songs were ripped or bought from Itunes, I cannot get more than a handful of songs onto my phone anymore.
Has anyone had this problem recently? Most Google searches only found information from 2011-12. And again, every "fix" I've found from Googling has not fixed this problem.
What's the point in a 128 GB Iphone if I can't put anything on it?

I keep getting a message that says my computer is associated with an APPLE ID?? That I can download previous purchases again in 82 days with a different ID? I don't understand why it wont allow me to download previous purchases?? I never had this problem before the 10.5 update. I have emailed their help panel numerious times and they never do anything that remedies the problem?? I only have one computer and one ID I just dont understand what the problem is. I use a 3G connection to download music and sometimes the songs are not completely downloaded too and when I cant redownload them its like a waste of money.. I am so discouraged!!! I have a couple of articles that should be able to help you troubleshoot this issue a little further. You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes first. This has to be done in a specific manner, and this article can help you do that:

im trying to download itunes 10.5 but keep getting error message that says: There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A problem run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. I am using windows XP 32 bit, all the other computers in my house downloaded just fine, no problems, however this is the computer my iphone is set up to, ive tried doing a virus scan, windows update, downloading other things, updating everything possible, everything works fine, its just itunes that wont download, anyone have any other ideas?
Yes, I had found a similar solution also. I'm running XP Pro, SP3. I went Control Panels/ Add-Remove programmes/apple software update/ change/ repair. Then run the 10.5 exe.
While the programme updated from version 8 of iTunes, my new iTunes is now a mess. Not all of my music was in the same folder previously but it all showed up on iTunes. Now many albums have been left out, some have only a few tracks and some have two copies of some tracks as well as having other tracks missing. I haven't begun to work on that. -

If you have problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the DMG file to the desktop

* Install the new version that you have downloaded

?I'm trying to download a free app and I keep getting a message that says; "Payment Type paypal is not supported on this device blah blah go to the iTunes Store on your computer. I'm trying to connect to my work's VPN. I am connected to the VPN, but I cannot access the server. I keep getting a message that says the server may not exist or is unavailable. I know that’s not the case because my coworkers are connected. Can someone please help me?
I have the same problem. It is only with tv shows and only with programs I have downloaded after the software update.
Apple support sent me the above link too....but it doesn't solve the problem...my computer is authorized and the content is in my library and will play on my Mac air, but it will not sync the tv shows, it keeps saying my computer isn't authorized for it.

I am trying to download iTunes 10.xx and keep getting a message that says I have an older version of bonjour on my laptop. I thought I removed everything associated with apple. Where is it hiding?
Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the thingy on the Major Geeks page):

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -

You should only get that message when you are trying to create a new account.
Unfortunately once all the 3 iCloud accounts have been created on your mobile device, you cannot create any more regardless of what you do. You will need to re-use one of the accounts that you have already created or create your new account on another device or computer. -
I can not get iTunes Store on line. I keep getting a message that says I am not connected to the internet, but I know I am. I have to connect from three locations with the same results. Any suggestions?

I keep getting calls from (removed), so I added that number to my list of calls to block. It doesn't ring anymore, but I keep getting notification messages that say "Call back (removed)". Why do I receive this when the call should be blocked?

Message was edited by: Admin ModeratorOkay, you are correct the call is not supposed to ring in. Have you done any troubleshooting on the phone? First off, try power cycling the phone. Turn the phone off, then back on again. If that does not work, then try a reset. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot. See if that changes things. Is the caller using the exact number that you blocked, or is it possible they are using another number, or have restricted the Caller ID?
