Hi Simon,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging in to ExportPDF via Reader. I've checked your account, and all is well there.
For starters, please make sure that you have the most current version of Reader installed by choosing Help > Check for Updates.
If you're still having trouble logging in via Reader, please try logging in to the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com.
Please let us know how it goes.
Best,
Sara

  • Getting an error message when they try to log into the Discussion Board

I know this is not MacBook related, or maybe it is, since I have a MacBook. Anyway, this is the Discussion board I visit the most, so I thought I would post here.
When I try to log in to the Discussion Board, I fill in my User Name and Password and press the Log In button and then the next screen comes up with an error message. I have successfully logged in, but I am not taken back to the Discussion Board I left. This is the message:
    "Error
An error has occurred. We apologize for the inconvenience.
    Useful links:
    * Forum Home -- browse the forums here.
    * Search Forums -- visit the search page to query all forum content."
Is anyone else seeing this? If so, how do I correct it? This is happening on Safari 3 and also with Camino. Thanks.
    Thom

    Hi all,
    just as a hint:
There is a whole Forum for things related to the Discussion Board.
    See here: http://discussions.apple.com/forum.jspa?forumID=1076
As for the error you get, I get it also.
According to the a.m. Forum, Apple knows about this error and is trying to fix it.
    Have Fun
    Stefan

IOS error messagge - I keep getting the following message when I try to update my iPad2 - unable to install update, an error occurred installing IOS 8.1.2.  How can I fix this?

Which way are you trying to update? WiFi or iTunes? In either case, I would try restarting/rebooting all devices and then try again.
IF you are using iTunes, eject your iPad, quit iTunes, reboot your computer and reset your iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons until the Apple logo appears on the screen. After the iPad starts up, connect to iTunes and try again. You may also want to disable your firewall and antivirus software when you try to update using iTunes. Sometimes those will interfere with the download.
If you are using WiFi, reset the iPad as described above and try again.
If WiFi updating will not work, try using iTunes, if iTunes will not work, try using WiFi.

Thank you for clarify I'm supposed to read the ENTIRE article. I thought I was just supposed to read the title and magically everything will fix itself. I appreciate you taking the time to help me however I do not appreciate the caps and the way you have addressed the situation. If you are not going to kindly help people/make suggestions just don't try! And for the record my conclusions are not illogical, the iOS7 thing is on the website in small font (which I got by reading the ENTIRE thing) and you should really find a new hobby because your socialization skills need some help! That goes for you too Chris. Not everyone is a tech nerd

  • I keep getting the same message when I try to open files on Internet.  Before viewing doc must agree

I keep getting the same message when I try to open files on Internet.  Before viewing doc must agree to end license agreement & Quit & relauch browser. I've done this.over & over.  Now what?

When you launch Adobe Reader you should get the license agreement.
    - Do you get the license agreement?
When you launch Adobe Reader you should NEVER get a message that it is already installed. That would mean you were trying to install it. NOT launch it.
    I agree.

If you're launching the first one... you're trying to reinstall it.

I keep getting the following message when I try to install firefox.."your computer must be restarted to complete a previous install of firefox" I've restarted numerous times..keep getting the same message

Have a look at the solution to a similar problem: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/921375?s=%22Your+computer+must+be+restarted+to+complete+a+previous+upgrade+of+Firefox.+Do+you+want+to+reboot+now%3F%22&r=0&e=sph&as=s
If that doesn't work, you can uninstall FF and do a clean install. You'll prob lose your bookmarks, history, etc, though, so if you do this set up Sync first! https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/what-firefox-sync-and-how-do-i-use-it

  • Help!  How do I download software for a HP Laserjet Professional P1100? I keep getting the same message when I have downloaded the file "Your security preferences allow installation of only apps from the Mac App Store and identified developers" Help!

How do I download software for a HP Laserjet Professional P1100? I keep getting the same message when I have downloaded the file "Your security preferences allow installation of only apps from the Mac App Store and identified developers" Help!

You can change the settings in Security & Privacy to "Anywhere"...
That should work... as to whether the printer driver will work, that's another question.
    Good luck,

  • I am getting this error message when I try to log in: IMM32.dll

When I try to log into Mozilla, I am receiving this message:
    IMM32.dll.
I cannot use Mozilla at all.
    I can get into IE.

This seems like a problem with cached DNS entries and may not be related to Firefox. Please try the following:
#In Windows, press Start, then "Run..." (alternatively, hold down the Win key on your keyboard and press R)
#type "ipconfig /flushdns" without the quotes and press Enter
#In Firefox, navigate to www.facebook.com and if it still doesn't work, click reload (or press the F5 key on your keyboard).
Unrelated to your issue, it looks like you're using a very old version of Firefox. You should upgrade to the latest version, 9.0 -- just go to the Help menu and click Check for Updates. This link walks you through the process: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Updating%20Firefox?s=updating+firefox&r=0&as=s#w_how-do-i-manually-check-for-updates

  • Keep getting "loading/waiting" message when I try to download or update anything on my iPad.  I have tried signing out and in.  Turning iPad off and on, left it off overnight, and spoken with iPad support, nothing.  Any help out there?

Keep getting a "loading/waiting" message when I try to download/update anything.  Sometimes something will download.  I have signed out and turned the thing off and back on, signed in and no help.  I have did the sleep button and home button thing, no help.  I have talked to iPad support and so far, no help.  Any ideas out there?

If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.
    If that doesn't work:
    •  Log out of your iTunes store account.  Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
    • Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
    • After restart, the Waiting should be gone.
     Cheers, Tom
