Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
If that doesn't fix it then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

If your account is disabled then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

That's not enough. Sign out of the Apple ID entirely. If you stay signed in, then since her phone number is associated to that Apple ID, unless she signs out of the Apple ID on her device, the association remains.
Sign out of her Apple ID entirely, then sign in with a different Apple ID.

Everytime I try to open some photos it opens with a black exclamation mark. Ive tried the options and command thing and did all but nothing will restore my photos

Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. I still get loads of junk mail, I think I am using the filtering correctly, is there an app out there that can help to cut it out. It just clogs up my mail and mail does not seem to learn what is junk mail and what isn't.

With various websites I get a blank page when they load... If I switch back to the home screen and then back to Firefox, the page is displayed ok.
It seems like a screen refresh problem and is annoying.
Is this a known problem? Is there any solution?

Try removing Firefox and deleting any settings/files along with it. Then go to the Google Play Store and download/install it again with default settings and see if that helps.
I've had this issue on an Android Phone before and this solution worked for me so hopefully it will fix your issue as well.
