I wastrying something to see if anything would happen and supriseingly it worked! sence it was for some reason related to the brght ness i wnt to setings and temporaraly turned on auto-brightness went to the lock screen and it looked like normak with out haveing to open the control panal and ajust it manualy, i unlocked it, locked it again and it still workded, went back to setting, turned off auto-brightness, back to the lock screen and the hole problom seemed to be solved. weird... but nunthe less! it works.

when i charge my iphone it has the plug instead of the lightning bolt showing its fully charge but the percentage will stay the same or go down. when i plug it in it turns back on but turnes right back off because its at one percent and it keeps repeating the process. if i just try to turn it on it loads the aoole logo the the lock screen then turnes right back off. please help!!! i have a cdma verizion iphone 4 if that matters

I tried to update my phone last night. When I woke up, it said it needed to be connected to iTunes. I restored my phone and now it won't turn on and keeps saying it needs to be connected to iTunes.

how many songs are syncing cuz i only have at most 200 or so and it takes a while so it might be how many songs are syncing to the device

If iPad won't turn on, or the display stops responding
Follow these steps, testing after each:
1. Turn the iPad off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPad for a few seconds, until a red slider appears. Then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
2. Reset iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If iPad still won't respond after you restore it
Follow these steps, testing after each:
1. If you receive an alert in iTunes while restoring your iPad, refer to this article for instructions on how to resolve common issues with updating and restoring.
2. If you cannot restore your iPad in iTunes, or if iTunes does not recognize the device, refer to this article for instructions on restoring using recovery mode.

When i connect my iPhone to iTunes, it says i have to set up my iPhone, and wont allow me to sync any media i have already purchased on it. My phone is not new, so I dont understand? This all came about when i updated the iOS 6 software. I have tried to re-set up my phone but it makes no difference and deletes everything off my phone.

Trying to update to iOS7. Update successful except a few more things to do. Now it is in "updating iCloud settings" and has been updating all night and day. Do not understand why it is taking so long? Any suggestions?

Press and hold the Wake / Sleep button AND the Home button at the same time, keep them both pressed until the Apple Logo appears on the screen, it can take 10 or more seconds. Ignore the swipe to turn off message. -

Preparing your iPhone for restore its supposed to be about 1-2 minutes! Do you see any errors the time you plug in the wire from your iPhone to iTunes?

However, after i deleted all the files that i dont need, then empty the trash cane, my free space is still the same! How much free space does it report if you do a Get Info on the whole drive?
