What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? If you have not already, be sure to update 12 to 12.1, using an opened project's Help Menu/Update.
But to the immediate questions, assuming Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit....
1. No, it is what it is. But, are you applying the same transition each time? If so, then highlight/select all the clips involved (all at one time), then Timeline Menu/Apply Default Transition will do just that for the highlighted/selected clips.
To highlight/select more than one clip at a time, hold down the Shift key of the computer main keyboard and then click on each clip that you want in the group selection
or
with your mouse cursor draw a rectangle around the clips that you want to select
2. Are you using the Premiere Elements 12/12.1 Expert workspace Pan and Zoom Tool? Or the pan or zoom presets under fx Effects/Presets/? With those you can do pan or zoom, not pan and zoom.
Or, are you in the Elements Organizer 12 Slideshow Editor using the pan and zoom effect there? Or, are you using keyframing the Motion Scale property for zoom and the Motion Position property for pan?
Are you asking about photos with landscape or portrait orientation?
The pan and zoom tool does one photo at a time.
Have you read the Adobe documentation on the Pan and Zoom Tool?

I backed up my phone before i went on vacation. I dropped my phone in a pool and now it doesn't work, is there any way that i can get the pictures that I took on vacation off of the phone?
IF you had icloud backups and Camera Roll turned on in Settings on the wet phone, then you can restore that backup to an iOS device, but not a computer.

Once you get a replacement phone...
Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. This will erase your device. Then you will go through the setup screens again as you did when your device was new, and when given the option, select Restore from iCloud Backup.

After clicking on an update for iTunes, the only change I noticed was the addition of about 9000 sound bytes, which was ridiculous and wasteful. I started to delete all the sound bytes, but that was going to be a huge chore. Instead, I moved the songs I had in my library to a playlist called "backup library." I then chose to "select all" under edit to highlight the rest of the 9000 soundbytes and delete these in one click. At first, this seemed to work. I still had the saved songs in my playlist, and the 9000 sound bytes went to the recycle bin. I then emptied the recycle bin to get rid of the sound bytes. When I checked iTunes again, there were no songs anywhere in the library or playlists. Is there any thing you can do to help restore all of these songs (and none of the sound bytes) to my IPOD Classic? Is my account saved with a back-up of everything I had saved in my iTunes library and playlists?
I have about 1500 songs in my IPOD Classic that are not affected by this error. Is there a way that I can transfer all of these songs back into my iTunes library?

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer

I'm using an iPhone5 too. There used to be a problem with Verizon iphones where users would get charged for cellular even though they were on wifi. But that was a long time ago and Verizon has issued a carrier patch to fix it.
I don't remember seeing this problem reported for at&t.
You can also look up your detailed bill to check for exactly when and how much data are getting used.

Would you happen to have a recent wifi router change that is scheduled to be turned off during night time? I set my wifi router to be turned off during the night to reduce presence of wifi radio for health concerns. When I had that done in my house, it was about the time we just got our new iphone5es (default setting of fetch email), our data usage shot up quickly. It was due to emails getting pushed through during night time when the wifi is off. -

I installed all the base packages for ArchPPC and have chrooted into it. I downloaded/uncompressed kernel 2.6.24 from kernel.org and ran `cp arch/powerpc/configs/ps3_defconfig .config`. The first time, I went straight to make after that. That gave me
