I'm facing a problem only for this account that whenever I purchase a ringtone after few hours it disappears from the sound and it happened with all the ringtones I purchased since 2 days. also when i visit the store from the same account to download the ringtones again i have to buy them again and again . Please try to fix this problem for me and refund my money back.

The YouTube app is not included with iOS 6. Google offers their own app for free via the iTunes Store, though they do not yet have an iPad version. The iPhone version will work, though not at the full screen size. There are also third-party alternatives, one of which may suit you better. Jasmine is one that a number of people are recommending. You can also use the mobile version of the YouTube site

I restored my computer setting back to where I was running 3.5.13 but it still doesn't work...some files must have been deleted when I upgraded that weren't put back even when going back to the older version but I have no idea what to look for or what to do even if I find them. Using system restore can create problems as well as solving them. I have seen system restore destroy a Firefox setup. The installation may be OK but to be sure perform a clean install

If Firefox still does not start, try creating a new profile folder. Firefox stores user data in a profile folder, creating a new profile will show if the problem is with the old profile. is to turn off wifi when you do not need it. When I leave the house I turn off wifi, because the majority of the times when my iPhone has got very hot and crashed is when I am away from home. I suspect that if the iPhone is in the vicinity of public wifi (wheather secure or not secure) it will try and connect, even if you have 'automatically join known networks' set to off. This is easy of course if you have an unlimited data contract for your iPhone. I may be wrong, but it is working for me. It makes sense for me because it is another way of reducing the work the processor (and battery) has to do and therefore reduces the chance of overheating.
Having said that, I never had this problem with my iPhone 4. I now have a 4S.

Is the iPod still singed into the account isn Settings>iTunes and App Stores and SettingsZ>iCloudl? If it is then I would not be concerned.

For the other "problem", go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says Prevent iPod....automatically syncing.

Make sure you have the correct Security Code.

You might try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for a 30 seconds. If that doesn't help try using another HDMI cable.

Go into the Music app and access the iTunes Store through it. You should on have to do so one time.

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If the issue continues, take the device to Apple for evaluation and possible replacement.

We have the correct CVV2, Expiration Date and Billing address, but you keeps declining us. Please fix this problem for me. The issuing bank for this card is Techcombank, one of the largest banks in Vietnam. According to the bank, the transaction is processed in the US. This is a legitimate Visa card.
Please let me know as soon as possible. Apple does a disservice to its brand name by declining legitimate Visa account holders from using the cards in Vietnam.

Just as a warning, your credit card number has been sent in the clear to probably thousands of people, including anyone who subscribes to e-mail alerts to this forum. That's very, very bad. The credit card should be considered compromised at this point, and you should cancel it immediately, if you haven't done so already.

Either your battery is failing or your battery gauge needs to be recalibrated. Start by recalibrating:
When it shuts off charge for just a minute or two, then restart (hold HOME and SLEEP until an Apple logo appears). Deliberately run the battery down until the phone shuts off at 1%. If it shuts off above 1% repeat the above until you get to 1%. Then charge for 4 hours with the wall charger without using the phone. This process will recalibrate the battery gauge.
To prevent this from happening again about once a month run the battery all the way down to 1%, then continue until the phone shuts off. Apple recommends this in their battery help article, but they don't say why you should do it. The have some hokum about "keeping the electrons moving." Honestly! The iPad battery tip gives the correct reason.
If this does not resolve the problem you most likely need a new battery. If you are near an Apple store take the phone in and they can test the battery for you.

I was able to locate a support article for the error you mentioned. The following steps may help you get your device back to working order:
iOS: Restore errors 4005, 4013, and 4014 - Apple Support
You may see one of these messages if the device unexpectedly disconnects during the update or restore or iTunes couldn't tell the device to go to the restore state.
The iPhone [device name] could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4005).

The iPhone [device name] could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4014).
Try these steps to resolve the issue:
Install the latest version of iTunes.
Restart your computer.
Make sure your computer is up to date. If an update requires a restart, check for updates again after you restart.
Restore using another USB cable.
Learn more about updating OS X.
Learn more about updating Windows.
Restore your device on another computer.
If you continue to see error 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your device,contact Apple for support.

The dock connector to USB cables are interchangeable on the iPod and iPad. That's not a problem. You must be trying to charge using a USB port on your Computer. If the port supplies enough power, the iPd will charge albeit very very slowly - as long as the Computer is turned on and it is awake.
You should really use the power adapter that comes with the iPad and it will charge much faster. Using the iPod cord is fine - switch to the supplied power adapter for the best results.
