I'm from the USA but am on vacation in Brazil; I have a great WiFi connection but can not connect to the iTunes Store. Is this because I am out of the Country?

Thank you very much for your insight; I guess I had assummed that iPads/iPhones/iPods were here in Brazil and further assumed that the iTunes store would also be available.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Why does the can not connect to App Store for the iPad Air? I click on popularity after searching and something pops up saying can not connect to App Store.

As Ethmoid says, it is still a CDMA phone as I told you earlier, and it will not work with t-mobile. Even if Sprint unlocked the phone, it would only unlock the GSM side for international use. They will not unlock the GSM side for domestic use in the US.

It depends upon how the other machines are connecting to your MBA:
If the the other machines are also using wi-fi, they can connect directly to the wireless access point (router) without going through your MBA
If the other machines are connecting to the MBA using ethernet you can share your wi-fi connection to them
