I have exactly the same issue as described above : I installed the update 5.1.1 on my iphone 3GS and since then, I can not turn it on anymore. In Itunes, I get an error 37 when I am doing a restauration and it stops.
This error has nothing to do with firewall : I tried to restore the phone on several computers, including in an Apple reseller and it did not work anywhere.
I spent several hours on phone with the hotline from Apple which arrived to the conclusion that it is a hardware issue, but the phone was working perfectly fine until I installed this update!

I am not sure what you mean by "Flash Player for steam"; the only Flash Player installers I know is the ActiveX (for Internet Explorer) and the plugin (for other browsers); you can find both at http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player- windows.html#main-pars_header

I receive the following message when trying to download previously purchased items OR purchase a new item from iTunes:
We could not complete your iTunes Store reuest. An unkonwn error occurrred (-9808). There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later.

I constantly get an error 127 message when trying to donwload Itunes.

I have tried to dowload ITunes 5 times but constantly get and error 127 message. I followed instructions from this forum on which order to remove my files in and this seemed to work and all my music files came up.I was then told I had two upgrades to install and once this was done I got the error 127 message again. I have been using Itunes on my computer for the last 6 months with no problem. Any ideas please?

Sounds like iPhoto is trying to update the library or thumbnails. Do the following: apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start
with Option #4 and then #1 as needed.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

Error message when trying to connect to the itunes store

I have a 4s, and this has just happened when I try to download some free apps. The error says "this apple id cannot be used for the itunes store. Please enter another apple ID. As far as I know, I just have one apple id. I used the 'find your id' tool, which said that I didn't have an apple ID at all, which I do and can log into for other things, and it works fine. What has happened and how can I fix it? Thanks!

I get an Error code Ox80090318 when I try to connect to iTunes Store, how can i fix this problem?

Thank You Eric, I contacted Cisco, they have nothing for Maverick OS.. too new for them.. It still works fine but I can't access my router settings If needed if I needed to view my settings, to change a password or add more guest access. Right now if I had to do something, They said they would have to make the changes locally through their website and there would be a fee because I'm out of warranty.. Since I'm able to still connect since upgrading to Maverick, I assumed Apple included a patch or something in the Maverick upgrade..
