I'm having problems installing Photoshop.

Hi, I'm Alenz. I have absolutely no experience with photoshop at all. My mother bought me a photoshop black magic cd and i'm not quite sure if this is actually photoshop.
THis i s what it looks like if you can see. What to I do know? Is this even photoshop? Help please. Every answer is appreciated! <3

There is no product called Photoshop Black Magic.
I think what that screenshot shows is a free trial copy of Black Magic - $49 software to colorize black and white photos.

The Adobe Photoshop wording at the top may simply be advertising. Without seeing the full screenshot it's hard to tell exactly.

Having problems installing Photoshop CS3...

Hello, I have been trying to install Photoshop CS3 on my new computer which has Windows 7 and everytime I install it and than click on the Icon to start the program and register it, it will paritially load (so just an outline of the window with Photoshop in the top left and the Minimize/Restore/Close on the top right as well as the File - Help tabs but if I click on those nothing happens becuase it is in the middle of loading.) the window but it will get stuck loading and eventually I will get a Not Responding window... Is there an update or something that I need to get Photoshop CS3 to work on windows 7?

I am having problems install Photoshop elements 8.0 and premiere elements 8.0

I have recently received both photoshop elements 8.0 and premiere elements 8.0 and neither will install.
I have gone through (at length!) all the support suggestions e.g. adusting accelaration etc. Absolutley nothing works! I have spent over 4 hours trying to sort this problem which as it is a new product is extemely disappointing. I look for any helpful advice or should I just claim my money back?

I tried downloading the trial version which seems to have gone through. However although i can see lots of new files in a "Premier elements" folder in programs, I cannot see any way to open it. It has not appeared on the programs list and there is no shortcut on the desktop. How am I supposed to access this software?
If this is a trial, you really should make it more user friendly as I am not impressed at all so far.
I have spent over 6 housr now trying to get this sofware to work. If you cannot nwo get this to work, i will return to store and get refund (and use a version of Pinnacle recommended by a friend who has had no problems!
I look forward to an easy and quick resolution.
P.S I note your on line chat is useless as it is only available to USA residents.

I am having problems installing Photoshop CS6

I am trying to download the Photoshop CS6 trial verison, but it tells me there is a error when I try downloading it after installing it. It says "Your installation encounted errors", "A conflicting or prerelease verison of Photoshop CS6 has to be removed before downloading." I have deleted all Photoshop programs except CS5. I am not sure why this is happening. I am on a Mac as well.

Still do not understand what exactly I have to do to Download ( Install failed ????) Photoshop Elements Trial 11. Does this mean unles I fix it asap I will "lose" some/all of the free 30 days ? I tried in the past to trial Photoshop Elements 10 and just gave up.
I am very interested in upgrading from 9 as I have not found it an "improvement" on earlier version I had.
In fact, it has proved quite hard to see etc being so small and all so dark. Not an improvement.
Also very quick to freeze and crash my laptop.

Are you getting this error after seeing the below error dialog as it says in one of your other forum post?

If yes, then this error normally appears when the VC++ runtime installation fails on the machine. Try downloading and installing the VC80 and VC90 runtimes from Microsoft website and see if their installation works fine on your machine? If no, then we have the root cause of the error and we can look more on the web on how to resolve it.

I'm having problems installing Adobe Photoshop Elements 12.
The problem is right at the end of installation, it (the Install Shield Wizard) says status is registering and then immediately does an action rollback.
The message I get is:
'The wizard was interrupted before Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run the installation again.'
If anyone can offer some help, please, that would be great.

I'm having trouble installing photoshop cc through the creative cloud app. My PC is windows 8, I'm sure that's not a problem, right? It takes a long time to move up every percent and then after 10% it says that it failed to install nothing else. Another time it just said error. I need help please! I need this program ASAP! Repair your Apple Sofyware update.
Go to START/ALL PROGRAMS/Apple Software Update. If it offers you a newer version of Apple Software Update, do it but Deselect any other software offered at the same time. Once done, try another iTunes install
