BTW, I know my Wi-Fi connection is good because I'm using it on my desktop and other people in my office are also connected on their iPhones and desktops. Again, HELP!!!!

Your router may not have given your iPhone a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the "i" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
Sometimes the fix can be as simple as restarting your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPhone (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc.

It's just a matter of giving iPhoto your email reader.
Quit iPhoto if it's open.
Open the Mac Mail app.
From the Mail menu bar click Mail > Preferences then select the General tab.
Select your mail accoun tfrom the: Default email reader pop up menu.
Relaunch iPhoto.
Select a photo then go to the iPhoto menu bar click Share > Email -
i tried for update but when i saw the screen its showing an arrow with a USB cable towards itunes icon, and now i'm not able to do anything, i also tried to connect ipad through my laptop but no use
That message means that you have to restore the iPad now. There was a problem with the update. So connect the iPad to your computer and restore your iPad.

Disconnect the USB cable from the iPad, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.

If you cannot turn off iPad using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the iPad turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to iPad. When you reconnect the USB cable, iPad should power on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears you can release the Home button.
If necessary, open iTunes. You should see the recovery mode alert that iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode.
Use iTunes to restore iPad. -

Connection timed out. I tryed all the forums and help sites to change settings and firewall's

The iPhone does not transfer music and videos via Bluetooth. To move content from one iPhone to another, you will need iTunes or iCloud handle that. my ipod app no longer works. Everytime I go to open the ipod app it stays open for a second and then shuts down. Since downloading iOS 7, I have been having trouble purchasing music from iTunes Store. When ever I try to make a purchase I always get the message "Your account is not valid in the US store" As I am new at this I don't know what I can do to remove this problem.
What country are you in ? If you aren't in the US and the address on your account isn't in the US then try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPad and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select your country.

My Itunes will not launch after downloading and I have tried all the troubleshooting for itunes for Windows 7 64-bit. Do I need to system reboot my computer than try to download it again?
I'm having a very similar issue, paired with iTunes not being able to get online.
iTunes shows up in processes and then hangs at 17,000 K or so -- sometimes it will start up, but that (if it occurs) is a delay of literal hours.
Pretty meticulously went through all the 'cannot connect' trouble shooting, and have uninstalled, restarted, and then reinstalled every piece of apple software; issue is just as firm. Starting in safe mode or admin mode don't fix it; signing in as a different user doesn't fix it. -

Nobody from Apple answers any questions here other than those that go longer than 24 hours without a response and all that those Apple people do is to direct users to kb articles that might help in given situations. It pretty much ends there. So don't expect "Apple" to hear your pleas.
if you want help from Apple, make an appointment at an Apple store and see if they can diagnose the problem for you. The only other thing that I could suggest is to connect your iPad to another computer running iTunes. If iTunes sees the iPad, then the issue is on your computer somewhere. If you try this, you want to turn off auto sync on the other computer. Launch iTunes and go to Edit>Preferences>Devices>Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically. -

Hi I am having problems with the latest update (11.1.4), I have unistalled and reinstalled that many times now I have lost count, I have also tried all the fixes that other users have suggested with no joy.
