I'm having a hard time downloading mavericks…i keep getting a "corrupted or tampered" version that will not load…I've tried 4 or 5 times and am getting bored… I'm running mountain lion 10.85…please help…any suggestion would be appreciated

I am having trouble downloading purchase, I keep getting an authorize computer message, I have tried all of the support suggestions and have uninstalled and re-installed iTunes to no avail.

I have tried everything the support page suggests, checking ID, deleting SC file, changing account allowances in windows, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled itunes....I am at a loss for what else to do.

What's the precise text of that message, please? (There's a few different ones I can think of that you might be getting.)

I keep getting a "sign into Icloud" popup that will not go away

I got a new ipad now when I try to use the old one I get a popup that says "sign in to iCloud" When I enter my login info the popup goes away but then comes back less than a second later. Its constant and rendering the ipad useless.

having trouble downloading Maverick. Starts to download then errors out it says check your interest connection

I'm on a gig ethernet switch. The download says it will take 25 minutes. It is close to completing when I get the error message. I asked IT if there is a size restriction on downloads. Never mind. I kept trying, and finally when I opened "About This Mac" and clicked the software update from there (as opposed to the "Software Update" just below), the Java update finally worked.

Perhaps the reason that your username and password are not recognised is because you have caps lock on.

Wow, I found a solution in another thread:
I had exact same error.....
Rebooting - Failed
Logging in to iTunes - Failed
Logging into itunes Store - Failed
Logging into iTunes Genius - SUCCESS I woulnd't have thought it would make a difference but it does Then just log into the 'other' services with iTunes.

Thank you for the question. If the album was purchased from iTunes, I would delete the album as you can always download it again at any time free of charge by accessing your purchases via the iTunes Store. Below, I have an article that goes over how to do this.
