Hi- Yes I tried manually adding the network (even deactivated password requirements on my home network but still doesn't work.)
I was reading another thread that has similar headline - seems the issue is with the upgrade to software iOS4 on a 3G. Folks have been able in some cases to get replacement phones. Seems issue is isolated to XP version. I have a MAC at home, so I will try to restore (yet again) on that computer and see if I can use it, otherwise I guess I'll go plead my case at the Genius Bar

If you are having WiFi problems it is necessary to isolate whether the problem is with your network or your iPad. Note: Do NOT consider your network to be blameless if some other devices can connect to it.
First, test your iPad on some other networks: a friends, Starbucks, Barnes & Noble, etc.
If it works well there then the problem is probably with your network. Try restarting your WiFi router by removing power for 30 seconds. If that does not help check for a firmware update for your router. If none exists which corrects the problem consider replacing the router.
If your iPad does not function well on other networks it possibly has a hardware problem. Contact Apple Support or visit an Apple store for evaluation. They can provide a replacement if your iPad is bad.
If you need more help please give the make, model, and version of your WiFi router and how you have it configured.

Our MDM repository set for three languages English [US],English [GB] and German [DE]. We are able to connect to repositoty for all the 3 languages through MDM client.
I am able to connect through java code for English[US].But,not able to connect to English[GB] and German[DE].

The way I create the connection is as follows:

As you can see, I always use CodeRegion (English [US]), how ever, the language and localization goes in Spanish [MX] as set on the language property String.

As long as the update went on cleanly try a "crash" reset by holding down both the home and power buttons together at the same time until the phone shuts down.
Give it a minute then power back on again and check the WiFi settings are all good.
Then, try to connect to your access point and all should be good.
If not check your access point settings as the "5" seems to connect faster and easier with WPA/PSK2.
It has worked for us over the last day or so for about 15 customers here in AU.

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Apple Software Updateentries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

Hi Experts,
I am trying to loggin through BI publisher( more products- BI publisher) and i am getting an error of Reporting Login(404) not found.
I started the OC4J server aslo. I dont have explicity a BI publisher server.
is there any simple steps to install ( since I have already installed the OBIEE 10.1.3.2) the Oracle BI publisher.
I am not able to work on Labs of BI publisher due to above issues
can any one help.

Firefox is not able to connect to Google, Yahoo, MSN or Bing search engines. I get a message there is a connection problem the diagnose tool comes up empty.

The problem seemed to begin when I installed ICQ and the ICQ search becuase the defult. I have uninstalled ICQ but norice the search is still embeeded in IE. ICQ search is the only search i am able to use at this time.

of basics 'please just start without showing me errors'), PowerShell line-by-line to see where things went South, next tried installing through Central Admin (hoping that it was my own stupidity in overlooking things and hoping The System would get it right

All downloads from iTunes are tied to the account that downloaded it, you can't re-download content via a different account. You checked the spam folder on yourr old account as well as the Inbox, and depending upon how long ago you did it, have you retried getting it reset : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password' ?
