CS6 is the last product version you could purchase outright.  There is no CS7.  Going forward, everything is Creative Cloud based now.

If your product was pre-CS6, keep in mind that Mac Yosemite 10.10 is probably not going to be compatible with older versions of Photoshop as they are no longer receiving updates.
