Thanks for your suggestions. I checked to see if the options you suggested were set incorrectly but they were set to sync all. This led me to think the problem was actually in the iphone. I re-initialized the iphone and did not allow the system to restore any of the previous settings. In essence, I forced the phone to reset to factory settings. Then my video podcasts started syncing. All is well now. I did notice that I had seven podcasts selected that were "HD" presentations, and as such, are not compatible with the iphone. I don't know if this had anything to do with my earlier situation, but now I'm getting the video podcasts automatically. I'm happy. It wasn't much fun forcing the iphone to forget all of my preferences and I'm still customizing the phone now several days later. I think I have everything working and back to normal except I haven't identified any of my email accounts as of yet. Thanks for your help.

I want to create a HD disc with my Adobe Premier Elements but I am getting low resolution. When I go to share the DVD to disc the form only offers 8pixels at the bottom. How do I burn this DVD in HD with higher number of pixels? I have read other forums on burning HD DVD's but I do not see the option to turn the 8 pi into 40 pi the one forum recommended. I want my DVD to be HD so I may sell these videos online for my business. I can't sell them the low quality they are burning now. Hopefully you can help me. Thanks.

You cannot burn your high resolution video that you can view on your computer to an AVCHD on DVD disc
that will replay through a regular DVD player. But players are marketed under a variety of names with
different support opportunities. One manufacturer may call its product MultiMedia Player, media player, Blu-ray player,
etc.The bottom line is the specifications for each of the players that are candidates for the playback of
the AVCHD format on DVD disc or the format of interest.
If you upload your HD (1920 x 1080) video to YouTube, YouTube converts the video to flash format, but it goes up as the HD video.
But, beware. Look at the YouTube viewing setting when your uploaded video is playing back. The YouTube default is not
HD. It might be 360p, 480p. If you have a 1080p video, then before the YouTube playback, you should be looking
at the video with the YouTube 1080p HD setting for best viewing. That is a YouTube matter.
Best results depend on you
a. setting up the Premiere Elements project preset to match the properties of the source media. That means, if
you have 1080p source, you (manually) or the project (automatically) set the project preset at
NTSC
DSLR
1080p
DSLR [email protected]
or the PAL counterpart, depending on your region need.
b. if you upload your video to YouTube using the Premiere Elements feature, there is a HD preset, but you cannot
customize it.....if you need customization, then you can export your Timeline to a file...in this example
Publish+Share
Computer
AVCHD
with Presets = MP4 H.264 1920 x 1080p30 or PAL counterpart
and then customize the preset under the Advanced Button/Video Tab of that preset. In increase quality, you might look to increase
the Bitrate under Advanced Button/Video Tab settings - without compromising the file size.
Then you would upload that file to YouTube at the YouTube web site.
All of the above are factors that need looking into in order to determine the why for what you wrote

Often SD video upscaled to HD can present poorly. But, you are dealing with a HD workflow so that should not be introduced into the matter. The setup of the project and
the properties of the source video are important, but let us start with the above and rule in or out those considerations first.

indesign opens files with no space between each word, this happened after a mac update, help?? I don't want to have to go through and manually do it.

Is the music purchased from iTunes? If it is you can contact iTunes support and ask them to allow you to re-download the music that you purchased from iTunes.
Also, do you sync the device regularly? When syncing an iPod Touch/iPhone a backup file is made. That backup file doesn't contain your music but it does contain your address book, application data, pictures, notes, etc. After restoring your device, you can try restoring from the last backup that was made of your device so you will not have to start over completely from scratch.

I downloaded the adobe XI software and it shows in my Adobe download assistant as downloaded but I can not open it and it is not a part of my applications. Very frustrating download process as I just want to convert a PDF file to an editable word document...
Odonnells52 you will still need to install Adobe Acrobat Professional prior to being able to make edits to PDF or utilize Acrobat. By default the installation files have been saved to your download folder.
If you continue to face difficulties with the Adobe Download Assistant then please see Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant.
You can also download the installation files directly from Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X if you are unable to locate the downloaded installation files. -
First of all, I would have to say that getting in touch with you is a nightmare and I am not at all happy that I can't just email or live chat with someone who can help! I am not a technical person, I just want to be able to use Photoshop Elements and get on with it. I bought Photoshop Elements via Amazon some months ago and it worked fine. I then got a message that advised that the trial version would expire, which it subsequently has (I have been trawling your site for weeks and weeks trying to find an email or phone contact to get some assistance). Relucltantly, I am now typing this - and I suspect it will not help in the slightest! I bought the FULL not TRIAL edition of Photoshop Elements and I have contacted Amazon who confirmed this, but say I need to contact you. Can you please let me know how I can resolve this? Not rally a question, just wanted to share my absolute frustration with the update of iTunes...this is, without a shadow of a doubt THE WORST application i have EVER used, Mac or PC! And that's saying something with the amount of PC dross that's out there...Apple...PLEASE update and give us back the old version of iTunes...

I have an hd movie on both my ipad and iPhone 5, using airplay on my apple tv with my iPhone 5 plays perfectly but gets stuck with my ipad 2, almost like its buffering? I just want it to play smoothly like with my iPhone. Any suggestion?
About 6 months ago I discovered iTunes was set by default to 720p. These MUST BE CHANGED TO 1080P!!!!!!!!.......So I installed FULL 1080P file on my laptop on iTunes... When I download movies on iPhone 5s/iPad mini the file is 720p So within about 60 seconds of starting download of 1080p files into my laptop of iTunes purchases. It was at that moment that I realized it was that file my laptop has on file to sync to my Apple device...Ten minutes later when the first 1080P HD file was downloaded I must say... The resolution is amazing... I now use this same process to install movie files from iTunes.. In FULL 1080P.. Not 720P... Works on my iPad mini also... Avatar is 5.4 GB if installed over Wi-Fi... However sync with laptop and file is 6.5 GB in size... Called Apple told them... No reply yet.... You must delete 720P files from your laptop... Look for file size in any movie purchase and you will see DOWNLOAD IN 1080P.. This will open preferences in iTunes for you to the correct tab so you can change setting to 1080p from default of 720p... DELETE any downloaded movies already downloaded into laptop... You can check file quality by right click on any movie folder and the look at movie info... Will say 720p HD... Delete to recycle bin and iCloud will appear on each movie... Now download 1080P HD file... When completed. Right click any file to verify it is 1080P HD... The sync with device...... And get ready to be upset with Apple for holding back your device for the last 2 years 3 months and 16 days......And be ready to catch your jaw from hitting the floor when you see your screen in full 1080P HD.... Apple Engineer's were asleep.....
You will notice better pic quality... Apple by default is still sending the 720P file to the new iPhone 6 plus over wifi and sync.. howve this process above will give you full HD file for your Apple device... -
Just want to say I have an iPhone 4s and only in this app, if I move the phone toward my face like I'm going to talk on the phone, Siri pops up. No idea what that's about. Other than that this all is absolutely splendid.
Sorry it has taken so long for someone to reply to you. What you want to do is go to Settings > General > Siri > Raise to Speak OFF.

Hi. I just wanted to update my 3 apps PS, Brigde and Indesign. After doing that I wasn't abble to open Brigde??? PS and Indesign works fine. Further more the Application Manager does not seem to register the updates I have made on Indesign and PS. See the bgcolor= ? That's the background color. In the iWeb color inspector window chose the web safe color palette, and you will see the number codes that correspond to the colors. just type in the numbers you want and that will change the background color.

If you are trying to remove Public folder database from ADSIEdit, please back up the folder, just in case.
Or you can also try to remove Public folder database with this command
Get-PublicFolder -Server <ServerName> "\Non_Ipm_Subtree" -Recurse -ResultSize:Unlimited | Remove-PublicFolder -Server <ServerName> -Recurse -ErrorAction:SilentlyContinue
Replace <ServerName> with the name of your server.

if printing from computer go to my computer go to memory card or flash drive & acess the memory card & print the picture file that you would like to. If you like to print frm printer put the memory card to approprite memory card slot & then select the picture to print it will work
