I'm stuck in run mode in the editor.

I ran my VI by itself in 6.1 and now my cursor is a finger and I can't edit anything. I've tried toggling between run mode and edit mode and I'm still stuck. Any ideas?

Is it password protected or locked? Look at the VI Properties>Security options. Is it read only? Did you accidently save it without a diagram? Is the tools menu set for Automatic Tool Selection or have you turned that off and selected the operate tool? Pressing the tab key will cycle through the various tool selections or just click on the Automatic Tool Selection button.

Stuck with run mode

I am stuck with run mode on one of my VI (I can't edit it or even see the diagram). here's what I verified
1. tools>option>miscellaneous> I uncheck "Open VIs in run mode"
2. I hit Ctrl+M, it is still in run mode
3. I close LabVIEW and reopen, it's still in run mode
4. I check the VI file type, it's not a read only
Do u have any idea about how I can go back to edit mode to modify the diagram? I'm using LabVIEW 7.1

Without having the VI in front of me it is difficult to say exactly what settings you have turned on.
I would suggest trying the following things to get your VI out of run mode.
1) Ensure that "Open VIs in Run Mode" is turned off in Tools->Options->Miscellaneous
2) Open the VI by dragging it into another block diagram and double clicking on it
3) With the VI open hold down control and press the '.' key. This is the same as pressing the "Abort" button.
4) Hold down control and press 'M' to switch out of run mode
If you can reproduce the behavior in a VI which you are able to post on the forum, I am sure we will be able to figure out what steps are needed to edit the VI.

Material Replication from R/3 to SRM - Object status stuck in Running mode

Hi Experts, I am new to this Forum and I am facing the following issue,
System Info :
SRM 5.0
ECC 6.0
I am trying to replicate two materials from the backend R/3 system and have set material filters on the SRM side.
The filters are Table: MARA, Field: MATNR, OP= Equality(=low), LOW = T-SRM13, inclusive defined.
The filters are Table: MARA, Field: MATNR, OP= Equality(=low), LOW = T-SRM113, inclusive defined.
This is my sequence of operations in SRM:
I deleted exisiting queues, started initial load and then activated the inbound Queues for my client.
Then when checking, Monitor Load objects in SRM, the status for Material is stuck in Running mode with an yellow sign.
Please let me know if you have any advice.

First of all, check RFC queues in transatcion SMQ1 and SMQ2 for any detailed information.
Make sure if Your RFC user has SAP_ALL authorisation - if not add it and delete all material queues and run again.
Make shure if You run report BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS_MW with proper option and unchecked "Test mode". Once you have done this rerun your initial load for DNL_CUST_PROD0, DNL_CUST_PROD1, BASIS3 and MATERIAL.

Not a great analogy, but this is a user-to-user forum, and Apple will not allow discussion of jailbreaking; if someone tried to help with jailbreaking the message would be deleted. However, if you have a jailbroken phone Apple will generally not block a discussion of how to unjailbreak it. The only problem is that not all jailbroken phones can be restored successfully; it depends on the method of jailbreaking (which I can't discuss without THIS message being deleted).

Restored ipod, it is stuck in recovery mode and the driver cant be found

Stuck in disc mode and the restore won't work because of error 1437

I've been stuck in disc mode for over two hours after trying to reset my iPod. I originally had to restore it because it says that there are corrupt files. It went ok until the very end when it said that it couldn't be restored because of error 1437. So, I tried to reset it. Now, it's been in disc mode and nothing is working! I tried to format it from my computer, I tried to restore it multiple times, I tried resetting it again, I uninstalled and installed itunes, I even went as far as downloading the most recent itunes It's just stuck in the same mode and won't let me do anyhting! Also, the nearest Apple store is a 2 hour drive away and I don't have the money for Apple support.Oh, and the ipod is completely empty and it says I have 0 KB available. (Out of a 160 GB iPod Classic)

I understand you are receiving an alert after attempting a restore. You have done several great troubleshooting steps already I see. The other steps I would recommend would be isolating the usb port, reregistering “.dll” files, updating or reinstalling the Windows USB drivers, and possible disabling your security software temporarily. My Imovie app is stuck in loading mode with the spinning wheel

Oh wow, I forgot how narrow minded people can be. No its not the jailbreak causing it. The problem existed well before the jailbreak, and there are many other people with unjailbroken phones with the exact same audio problem. But. i removed the jailbreak, just for.you. guess what... It's.still doing it. Now would someone be willing to help me out? And don't bother to.suggest restoring it . Been there done that, didn't do anything except waste my time.

Was updating my iPhone 4 to the latest ios 5.1 (i believe) and a error message came up (didn't make a note of the error code sorry) but now phone is stuck in recovery mode with the USB wire and iTunes logo on. PC wont reconise iPhone when plug it in either. I had to delete an old back up before the update as i didn't have enough space on PC to do the update before but was told that during the update it backs up again anyway. I have looked in Device backup's and there is nothing there I have a feeling i'm going to have to restore it but hopefully there is another way as i wont be left with anything on the phone.

Sorted it now, took it to Apple store and explained etc. was nothing could do but restore the phone. Was told to make sure itunes on PC was up-to-date version before updating iphone which could have caused the error.

I have an iphone 4s that used to be jailbroken but I want to restore it (cause I want to update ios). It was stuck on a recovery loop but it died eventually. What disk had a problem, and what was the exact verbiage of the error? For a phone that has been jailbroken, it is very difficult to remove the jailbreak, so it may not work. Also, the discussion of jailbroken devices is not allowed here on the forum. You'll need the exact error to get help.
